According to the release all attendees need a ticket/booking through the website, so if they have booked in then yes, otherwise no.

 

Don’t know if anyone has attempted to take anyone extra on their booking though. They did check ours when we went, queue wasn’t huge though, so don’t know if they actually enforced it.
