I will second this.   Ironically I made a similar thread few years ago and were recommended this.  I have not looked back since.

2 pages already?? Jeez, what has this forum sunken to?

OK. I'm off to start a hair gel Topic.

BTW, I asked my wife to get me some deodorant. She asked if I wanted ball or aerosol. I replied "it's for my armpits, stupid"

This is a subject close to many people's hearts. I think I've only ever had a low level BO event once or twice at worst, but that's enough to make me paranoid about it

I think that there maybe something in that. Each time I've changed, it's worked - for a while.

Possibly, that certainly doesn't help.

Curiously, during that recent hot spell, I was up and down a ladder sawing branches off a tree. Got a right sweat on but no odour.

I never stink, just sweat like a whore in a brothel!

Leaving myself wide open to some stick here but I'll throw myself to the mercy of FTers.

Over the last few months my underarm deodorant has been letting me down. I've been trying various ones, even those that are supposed to offer 48,  even 72hrs protection. (Who goes that long without washing in any case?).

This morning I had a shower used some Nivea men Black and White roll on (the latest brand I'm trying, following a recommendation) and went off to see someone.

Under two hours later I had the embarrassing wet patches under the arms of my shirt and even detected a bit of a whiff.

I won't list all the brands/types I've tried but wonder if there are any that folk on here would recommend as being bomb proof. Be gentle........

I see what you did there.

It sounds like you're after an antiperspirant rather than a deodorant.

I used to suffer pretty badly from hyperhidrosis. Dribble down the side of the body type-sweat and I couldn't really regularly wear white t-shirts as eventually they'd turn yellow under the pits (sexy, I know - DM me ladies). I remember stuffing bog roll under my pits at a work do once.

You don't need anything else in this thread, and it even comes recommended by Prince Andrew:

When you start you will have to apply every other night, and it WILL itch and irritate, but it WILL stop you sweating I almost guarantee it.

You'll find that you don't need to apply it as often and eventually you'll be applying it every six months. I haven't used it for as long as I can remember - I no longer have an issue with sweating.
