We received ours about 4-5 weeks ago.

I bought my young lad a membership in July. We've not received anything for him yet, not even his membership card. All we had was an email in September saying the pack was delayed. Its not very good is it?

Did you buy the cheaper or more expensive one?

 

I bought the cheaper one for my son about 3 weeks ago, the card turned up the next week.

The membership +, £25. I can't even remember now what the pack is supposed to include, it's been so long.

 

It's not stopped him going, he went to his first match ever against Burnley and enjoyed it.

 

Obviously there's still a delay with the pack, but it's a bit shit to be honest. I've not even had the email saying the delay is now 22 November.I'll have to give them a call. I wonder how long that will take!

My card turned up but my sons hasn’t nor has his “exclusive members plus pack” including rucksack.

"We write to update you in relation to your Fox Membership + pack which, due to worldwide logistical challenges, has been subject to a short shipping delay. The Club apologises for any inconvenience this may cause you.

While we prepare to provide you with a further delivery update in the coming weeks, we would remind you that all other benefits of your Membership remain active"

I never heard a thing from the club, had to email them. 

 

I don't mind a delay, but tell me about it!

 

My step-son is 15 and isn't bothered when it turns up, but if you've got younger kids, it'll disappoint them.

 

I get that it's difficult to produce things and get them shipped in these times.

 

A little bit shit that I've sold some new Peugeot's, ordered them, had them built and delivered them to customers before I've got a membership card and whatever gifts came with them.

I got the normal membership but paid extra for my son's, he's constantly pestering me about this bag, I bet if I went down the store they have enough bags for sale.

Pretty much.

I didn't copy the rest of the paragraph but 

"This means you can continue to enjoy priority on match tickets, dedicated retail offers, access to Foxes Rewards, the chance apply for unforgettable LCFC events and experiences - plus much more".

 

I'm not sure what the "plus much more" refers to...

 

I understand if the kids are impatient for their gifts but I'm just expecting another pen so less excited.

Just had an email saying we anticipate to get them out by end of November, no doubt I'll get another email at the end of November saying end of December, can't remember how much extra it was for the bag, about £20, I'll just ask them to refund it

Same here, I know it's only a bag but when you tell your 9 year old he's getting a gift from his team and it never turns up and you can see how guttered he is it's not on, I'll message them, I doubt they will do anything tho', they don't seem that bothered tbh.

You buy a membership and the club can't deliver the above and to top it all off, flat refuse to sell members tickets to Warsaw and Moscow and only begrudgingly to the charity shield  (moot point how many might have travelled, but even so)

Wembley tickets were very easy to attain. But the fox membership is more a way to get home tickets and build towards becoming a season ticket holder. Fox members will never get priority to away matches, and rightly so. The season ticket holders deserve that perk.

Not sure about that. I had an email telling me they were 15 quid and trying to sell them to me.
