Yeah this. If no one shows to speak up on this (and other topics to be fair), then the club will have a mandate to listen to people like the Ginettas (who had 11 people at their AGM last night).

• Some Members said that some fans sitting in the Kop (SK2/3/4) get frustrated about not being able to see players when they run out of the tunnel/not being able to cheer or clap as they would like to when there are displays at that end of the ground. They also mentioned not getting the benefit of seeing the display themselves and said that for some fans it has an actively negative impact on their experience at the start of a game. Members suggested that the location of crowd displays could be more varied so that those in the Kop could also benefit from seeing the display and weren’t always the ones whose experience was inhibited at the start of the game. • Members felt that there should clear messaging from the Club to inform supporters whether the crowd displays are Club-led or Supporter Group-led as it was felt there was some confusion about whether previous displays had been led by the Club or Supporter Groups. Members suggested that many fans aren’t aware that Supporter Groups develop some of these displays and there is an assumption they are produced by the Club. Some Members asked whether the Club would finance Supporter Group displays and felt that the fact there was no financial support from the Club was reflected in the ‘non-corporate’, less sophisticated design of the Supporter Group led displays. • It was proposed that flags could be used for when the team needs a ‘lift’ at any point during the season as it was felt they contribute to a positive atmosphere in the stadium.

Imagine this being said at any European clubs ultras group, it would be laughed out of the room and rightly so. The club seem to actively disengage UFS for some odd reason, and clearly people are sat in the most vocal part of the ground and seemingly agree with the clubs’ sentiment, madness.

Knowing how the club have treated UnionFS for their next planned Tifo I think you guys have incredible restraint to not show them up for the shambles they are behind the scenes.

Not able to make the 90 mins sadly but hope you get the support you deserve.

If you enjoy the tifos and like this type of fan culture which is rare in this country and would like to see it continue please do think about attending this -

Union FS need supporting that night so the club hear voices showing they have tifo support.

The simple solution is work together on creating an area exclusively for things like this and make it clear to fans in the area this is happening and you can move your seat if you want.

Diluting the atmosphere because a handful of people want to see players walk on to a pitch, which is bizarre in itself. The club seem to forget that its a sporting event, not a cinema.

Of the 6 bullet points from that 1st picture...

1st - Totally agree.

2nd - I think any display adds to the atmosphere.

3rd - I get that. Shouldn't be obstructing disabled areas and I get why there's be a touch of annoyance about having your view obstructed. Maybe UFS/The Club should inform people that there will be a surfer beforehand? I don't know.

4th - I agree, I think these are the best displays.

5th - Isn't this exactly the same point as 3rd?

6th - This is something that I feel strongly about. The club should be letting everyone know when the displays are fan funded.

Yeah agree, everyone under a surfer by UFS always is told via both a social media post and a flyer in the seat. Supporters in wheelchairs at the very front of the stand I know get a personal chat from members to explain what is happening and try and keep them as comfy with it all as possible.

This is where the club needs to help IMO.

For me as a minimum they should share ahead of the match that there is a tifo from UFS, this should be done for all the displays not just when things are more cordial. I have not understood why they tell fans for some and not others, their reach on socials will hit far more than the groups will.

The club bought in a member of staff who has overseen the largest stadium reconfigure in the country working previously at Manchester United, use his experience of that.

Allow UFS the matchday stall again, perfect place for all fans to discuss point and feelings.

I guess it's something that UFS have failed to push in that there are still it seems many fans that are not ware that the displays are fan made and fan funded. It is local guys and girls making these displays on weekends in school halls and carparks. I think that could easily be changed if the club pushed a video of the makings of one. Again more eyes would see the work and misconceptions changed.

There needs to be better collaboration between UFS and the club. From the outside looking in (emphasis on 'outside', I might be - and probably am - wrong here) it appears that there are people from both sides actively making an amicable collaboration impossible. It just seems so uncooperative and discordant in comparison to other fan groups across the country.

That's not to say UFS should be silent when questioning club decisions and or that the club should be happy with anything UFS wants to do. But I think the club has to do more to placate the whingers and the NIMBYs in the first instance instead of bowing down to them. The current method of "these few people aren't happy with it so it can't happen" isn't working and is driving a wedge between fans and the club. These your 90 minutes meetings seem to get these published notes where incidents are brought up anecdotally and used to evidence seemingly big issues when the reality is more likely that one or two people have raised an issue.

It probably doesn't help either side that the club has been so turbulent in recent seasons. I would imagine that things were easier pre-covid where it felt as though the club, the fans and the players co-existed harmoniously.

Crap !

No bottle whatsoever !!!

How about telling the club of the truth with something that represents the fans feeling instead of sucking up to the club and side stepping an issue

ie get a banner with King Power or Khun Top out !

Or maybe you’re just being good boys !
