Not sure how many knew him on here. Just seen that he died suddenly on Tuesday. I knew him originally through England away and came Torquay away in my car years ago, so can vouch that he followed Leicester everywhere

He was injured badly away at Eindhoven after taking a fall. I am not saying that the two events are related- I don’t know.

RIP

RIP

I've just seen this via Matt Pipers twitter.

Sorry to hear. My boy saw him laying on the concourse at Endihoven and we were delighted to hear he was OK via twitter a few days later. We exchanged a few DMS and an email or 2, I got one of my Eindhoven supporting friends to translate the Dutch hospital letter for him.

He seems a very nice and appreciative guy for the help. Due to just a few exchanges he was someone I'd have liked to buy a beer sometime. His twitter is full of humour after the event. He clearly didn't take life to seriously.

So sorry to hear he passed away Tues. Thoughts and condolences with his  family and friends that knew him personally. And if anyone does see his family if you could pass on condolences from Shaun (@goscotefox) and Alfie. Has put today into perspective already.

This is sad. RIP.

Was the fall related to the collapsed demolition outside the ticket collection point? If so then I probably know who it is:(

That’s sad news. I was near him when he fell in Eindhoven and was delighted he came around. Thanks largely to the stewards who did a great job there. Wonder if it was related

Un related. He fell when Ricky bagged. Banged his head. It caused a seizure and was checked over at Eindhoven hospital when he came round.

He seemed in good spirits in the weeks after. If not a little beat up from the fall

Met Andy away at a game in Manchester he was a really sound guy with a real warm and large personality, this is shocking, I didn’t even realise he was the faller in Holland till tonight

RIP Andy …. GERR into em 😢

First met Andy just before the South Africa 2010 World Cup as a member of England Fans (as it was back then) when he sorted my Club & Country, Leicester and England shirt out, and saw him on a few Leicester and England away trips since. RIP Andy. Thoughts are with his family and friends.

I must know you, if not by face then by name
