...I  wonder if she has been brought in to play alongside Molly Pike or instead of her!!!

We are pretty non existant in the middle and it gives little or no support going forward.

At 29, she brings a lot of experience with her and it will be interesting to see how the manager wishes to play  next season.

Plumptre and Tierney in a back 3 are good bringing the ball out and look good with the ball at their feet, with Howard marshaling the back line. A 3-5-2 would allow us to play with two upfront as our strikers are usually isolated or not on the same wavelength.

Club captain likely going back to her old club, was in and out last season and Josie Green is a like for like replacement style wise, but a bit younger and a bit better…we’re looking at about 5 more incomings too…maybe Brendan got his wires crossed on who was rebuilding 😂

A surprising rumour (not that we're after a keeper but that we're after a would-be 1st choice) given Lambourne's new contract and Levell being our first choice before injury last season but would be a big move. Coming from the French & European Champions, has a year left on her deal so potentially the first player we pay a fee for or another loan move. Just shy of 100 games in the Damallsvenskan in Sweden which has been one of the best leagues around and played 4 times in D1 for Lyon last season deputising for Tiane Endler, the best keeper in the World, they have Bouhaddi coming back from their NWSL affiliate OL Reign so Holmgren would be #3 there this season.

Casey Dumont, Australian keeper (couple caps for the Matildas) for Melbourne Victory, is another keeper we're supposedly looking at, never seen her play but 6ft 1in tall which is obviously a stand out in the women's game, just won the A-League this past season and picked up the Goalkeeper of the Year award
