Not sure which series this was in, but I love the part where 'InsertCraigCash'sCharacter'sNameHere' is in a cubicle with some lass and says "Bloody 'ell!", then keeps repeating the '66 World Cup winning squad.

Rincewind Posted 29 November 2005 Posted 29 November 2005 The last one I got I never bought. Poker Academy. I was in Matalan's in Workington with my sister-in-law and they had this one on show. I showed it her as my brother is playing poker online full time and she bought it. I didn't know until we got back that she bought it for me. A birthday present I think. I must say though that I was disappointed with it. Never learnt anything from it. Mike Reid was in it and all it was was a gambler who had been barred from casino for winning too much got five people together to teach them so one could play for him. But there was nothing about position on the table or playing the odds only what the other players faces looked like and bluffing. Too few players for me as well. My brother gave me a crash course in improving my game and when he was out Wednesday he let me play with his bankroll. I won about 7 dollars which wasn't too bad considering that not all my play was correct. only played 50c/1d game though. He normally plays the 15/30d games.
