Good to see one of our own musicians mentioned, haven't met many who are aware of him in the city, and how well he's done in the scene. He doesn't care about the club much, mind. 

 

Agree with some of these though. @DaggersOP stuff is kind of downbeat electronica. Anything pretty much from Ninja Tune's back catalog might work? Aside from what @Samilktraymentioned you've got Amon Tobin, Skalpel, The Herbaliser, Mr. Scruff, Cinematic Orchestra, etc

 

Synthwave / Vapourwave might be of interest? I'm massively into Waveshaper and Droid Bishop.
