Tonight's choices. And I think I'll be going for the cheese board too @tom27111

Yes! Do it!

I've been in Sainsbury's today and they've fitted a new cheese counter in time for Xmas.

This year, I'm hoping to beat my personal best of £63.20 on cheeses that'll I'll still be eating at the end of January.

I put more effort in to picking cheeses than I do the turkey

I was at Chatsworth farm shop earlier and they had an amazing selection of Christmas cheeses. Was about to buy some then I saw best before Nov 23. Charlatans.

I'm hoping for some jobs in Scotland, stop off in Tebay services and stock up!

Plenty of meats for a charcuterie board too

Nice, I bloody love buying all manner of food over the Christmas period. Baked Brie, baked bread, cold meats, pickles etc. Can’t beat it.

My purple sprouting broccoli and carrots feel so inadequate

Well, I wanted some purple sprouting or even romanesco, but Sainsbury's was bare. Had to nip in m&s, they only had tenderstem.

And I wasn't planning on Brussels, but I saw them and that was that lol

Anyway @Unabomber, youve got lamb, so you win, hands down.

The king of sundays.

Nobody in my house likes it.

I only get it on Easter Sunday because I argue it's as traditional as a turkey at Xmas!

Potentially but I’ve never cooked loin of lamb, it’s only small so gonna pan fry and then oven for 15 mins.
