I unreservedly apologise.

To be fair, you know what some people on this forum are like. I mean, who can forget the pea wet debacle on the chip shop thread lol

That honestly looks incredible, hope it tasted half as good as it looks :appl:

Thanks man it was class. Never cooked lamb loin before but it’s class. So tender!

Always knew you were a wrong 'un

Love a crispy roasted potato, especially loaded with salt and swimming in gravy, but there’s something about roasted parsnips that’s similar to hard drugs. I’d happily pimp out family members for more roasted parsnips.

Can't stand parsnips, too sweet.  Big fan of hard drugs though.

Currently ordering a domino’s as I have a £25 off voucher due to complaining last time. 2 pizzas with £25 off is still £15 lol I’m clearly the mug for ordering but their margins are insane.

For pizzas, the best quality and value for money takeaway is Pizza Express imo.

Sainsbury's doing half price lamb with your Nectar Card.

So this Sunday's roast will be a whole leg of lamb.

Nobody else will be happy, they don't like it, but they can stare at me in awe as I devour the whole thing.

Might not even bother carving it, just do a Fred Flinstone lol

Toast done over a small fire in the garden, followed by toasted marshmallows.

On reflection, I wish I had wrapped a couple of spuds in foil and let them bake in the ashes to eat a little later.

I did just that, this week.

Always liked a baked spud, whether done in a microwave and/or conventional oven. However, the spud I have just retrived from tonights ashes was really tasty. I didn't even have a filling let alone butter with it. Just the tator on its own.

I'll be doing it again.
