Leicester fan in photo in line for a fee!

A photographic agent friend of mine just sent me a pic of this Leicester fan. Being tracked down because he’s in line for a fee for being the subject of this photo. 
 

Does anyone know who it is? Please message me privately if it’s you or if you know who it is. Thank you!

However, I have had extensive plastic surgery since then so look completely different, plus I have completely lost my tan.

I did tell my friend I’d need context as people might assume he’s wanted by the police or something. Luckily it’s to receive a fee. No idea how much.

There are all sorts of ‘usage’ fees if a photo of you is used for a publication somewhere. He’s effectively a ‘model’ so needs paying for his ‘work’.

That’s good for the club because he looks like he will just spend it down the club shop.

Fairly confident that isn’t the case if you’re photographed in a stadium etc, you typically waive the right by buying a ticket.

You can just about make out his initials on his tracksuit top. I believe his name is Francis Baumgartner-Sanchez
