Did Draper play at all, I remember this being her season to break in, she got injured whilst we stupidly let her go on international dity, did it end up keeping her out for the full year?

Never featured at all, just like Petermann. Same with Shannon the season before, injured on u23 duty, 8 months out.

Think they might sneak it out in amongst the Vardy stuff over the weekend? Not sure but it takes the heat away if it’s popular leavers…it just gets lost in the Vardy carnival.

To be honest, I'd like to think negotiations may be still ongoing. But I guess if you wanted it to go under the radar, this weekend would be a good time to do it.

 

But I don't think they really will think that the women's team fan base is big enough for them to think that deeply about it.

O’Brien is highly likely to go, she’s been misused by Miquel playing her out of position. 
There are so many potentially on the way out it’s alarming.

she wasn't miss used through choice she was the best available striking option, not sure where she goes where she's a starter on the wing either, she would be here with a striker fit to play

Seems more logical to me to play Hlin in that central role and O’Brien left with Goodwin or Cain on the right at the time. She obviously didn’t which makes you wonder where Hlin fits in as Mouchon will take that spot I guess now Petermann has gone.

Hlin got injured though and missed several games

I don’t recall her getting injured for several games, she played at Everton coming on as sub the week she signed, was poor at United, played against Villa and Man City in the cup then got dropped, but she was still coming on as sub after that doing 20/25 mins. Only time I didn’t see her on the bench was Chelsea away. She featured in 10 out of 11 games. 
 

Strange signing, as was Karla Torres. Especially when you have Rose who plays through the middle with Canada. 
Lena was also called up for the Villa game, which saw a player who had been playing regularly dropped altogether, she was then recalled to the bench after Lena pulled out.

 

Even more strange is a mysterious season long injury then all of a sudden Werder Bremen take you less than a week after the season ends.

I think if we gave Hlin a proper pre season she could be really great, she's and absolute unit and holds up the wall brilliantly, has a great touch and seems to have a great eye for a pass. It does mean she hasn't maybe got a lot of pace,  but I thought against West Ham, she seems to have picked up a lot compared to her first few games.

She also seems to have a fantastic attitude, she's always happy to see fans and goes out of her way, always see her helping do things like carry the kit pre-match, ect...

 

She has the hallmarks of what great strikers in the WSL have like Kerr, Shaw and Ramirez. But from what little we have seen from Mouchon, they do seem kind of similar and the bias you've pointed out before for French players might (likely) mean that she is in front of Hlin still...

Off topic, but what had been discussed other day in terms of cross promotion between the men's and women's team. I have just seen the new Chelsea kit promo video... that's what I am talking about... Leicester aren't really big enough to do promos like that, but that should be what we look to.

She’s not a bad player, her strength seems to be hold up play and vision which is why I said Shannon was misused in my opinion. Hlin could have fed Shannon or Cain out to the wings. Unfortunately she seems to run like she’s got a sack of potatoes trapped beneath her feet and looks unlikely to get on the end of anything being crossed back in. 
 

Clever lass by all accounts, degree in computer science, as you say she’s nice enough with a good attitude, she was clearly bought to fill the void of Mouchon and go toe to toe for the position when both fit.

She's always looked like she has some talent there, but her injury record has been horrendous.  Also with our struggles to score, surely we should be waiting till any replacement has come in first.

Been very unlucky with injuries. Out of contract with clubs interested in the WSL and Miquel has favoured Chossonotte in the left sided position so it looks like she’s moving on.

has she favoured Chossonotte? Shannon was needed through the middle, with a fully fit striker I think Shannon would have played wide.

 

Chossonotte showed some improvement as the season went on, her, Missy (I hope she's staying) and Nelly Las as 3 good wingers to have before any recruitment, hopefully Shannon stays too
