Is Che Adams still seriously the best that Scotland can do up front?!

He played well in Athens on Thursday and making a good go of serie a with Torino.

Having a decent season for Torino by most accounts.

Fair enough, I hadn't really kept up with his time there so sounds like he deserves the start.

He's been rubbish today however.

Striker has been our weakest position for a long time now. A natural goalscorer would make all the difference in this team.

I've said it many months ago here. Greece has one of the most impressive, talented national teams alongside the English one in Europe. It's simply down to the managers in both teams to utilise this talent and also find some defensive balance.

Truth be told, I'd rather be in league B. There is at least the potential of opening up a play off spot for the euros there. We gain nothing from being in league A.

I actually disagree in the current context.

I wish we were playing some ENL games before the World Cup so we could test the team in competitive fixtures against, with all due respect, better opposition than Serbia and Albania. Testing fixtures against genuinely world class teams in League A, home and away, would give a much better impression of where we are than either our qualifying group or meaningless friendlies.

"Football is a game of two halves/ties."

On show tonight. Having been completely bossed around and lucky to escape with just a 1-0 defeat, Portugal are completely in control in the return game and should be leading the tie.

Nervous 45 minutes to go.

Wow, this is some tie this! Both teams are fighting so so hard. 4 goals already and I feel it's not the last.

Also, Schmeichel is having a great game. Two point-blank stops from Ronaldo and a penalty save.

Wow. Kasper... He's injured his shoulder and still makes a flying save to deny a killer blow, screaming in agony as he lands. The warriors out there tonight. Hats off to the lot of them. What a show.
