Tommy Posted 21 December 2005 Posted 21 December 2005 1-0, Come on Brassbound :clap2: That lifts me off the foot of the table up to twelfth :clap2:
Tommy Posted 21 December 2005 Posted 21 December 2005 A Win For Brassbound FC Brassbound FC enjoyed their first win of the season today with a 1-0 win over Lestoh. Manager Thomas Keene said "We are certainly happy to have got that win today, it was much needed after the 5-2 loss last week to Leicester City FC, and its given our team a much needed morale boost, and everyone in the camp seems to be very happy, especially Kenny Cooper with his fantastic headed goal which I'm severly tipping for goal of the month" When asked what Thomas Keene thought of his next opponents Ikea United, he replied with somewhat of a stubborn answer, not giving the game away. He said " Well we have a few scouts looking at them, their players and their style of play, but I'm keeping schtum for the time being so they get nothing on me, but lets say we have more than a few tricks up our sleeve" Ikea United currently sit in a comfortable 6th place having won both their last games, and in more recent weeks, a comfortable 3-2 victory over Rampant Forest. All thats left to say here is Come on Brassbound Brassbound FC correspondants: Ill Banderson (In no way associated with Leicester Mercury writer Bill Anderson) and Bon Jarber (same applies)
