Yep bet the owners at Wrexham and Birmingham can't wait to bring all that American nonsense into our game.

Maybe the point we all miss is that a lot of this stuff isn't 'American' anymore, it's global. They've exported it to the whole world. So much art and entertainment resembles Americana now, it's inevitable sport will go the same way. And we're most vulnerable because we unfortunately speak the same language.

It’s happened before in the 90’s. Many with managers coming back out for the second half.

Yep, remember it clear as day. Just something else for someone out there to get offended by, for the sake of being offended or expressing their right to have a moan.

If it's on ITV, Sky or TNT then I guess it better than adverts but I suspect it'll be followed by 20 min halftimes. I'd guess most clubs would be in favour more money grabbing time but I'd hate at a live game. It's not as if we have any highlights to watch these days.

No one asked for it, no one wants it. More carp that’s adds nothing to the game.

Seemed strange when I was watching this at the pub. Happe is having the game of his life.  Living the dream by leading against the defending champions who make in a week, what takes him several months to scrap for at the lower levels. With room to spare.

The ref blows his whistle for some much needed respite and celebration for just being ahead at this point. Happe, cold and wet, just wants to run into the dressing room with his weary team-mates, have some high-fives, warm up a little, and enjoy the moment.

"Naaaaah, fark that.", said the BBC. "Let's catch him on the way back, whoever his name is. The rest of the team can just relay any messages on that he missed. Let's pretend we know his name whilst interviewing him by looking at the teamsheet so we look relatable, only to forget said name straight afterwards. Get her to ask some inane questions with some buzzwords, then let him go with a couple of minutes of Half Time left. He can dry off another time. Time is money."

Yup, way to go and kill his buzz, BBC. And ours.

When watching a tv game I switch on as players usually gathering in the tunnel. At HT go and get away from tv for 10 mins and then at FT literally end the programme as there is no appeal to listening to an ex pro talk about us with no knowledge about the club. I usually switch to radio Leicester if I want to disect the game.

As mentioned already, I  remember managers being interviewed at half time in the past.

By why stop at half time? Maybe a quick interview before a throw in or corner :dunno:

And, while I'm at it, that 'kid's party' FA Cup draw on the One Show last night with 2 Arsenal 'legends' joking and giggling.

Let's get back to a Monday afternoon draw property done on the wireless..

...ah, the old days:beer:
