all in all, i averaged around £48 a game in the championship (£51.50 in the prem) 

 

so based on that math,I saved just over £600 this season. 
so technically it’s free… right?

They said they can’t locate the email (even though I can see it sent) so I said I would bring him into the call. When I went back to merge the line they had hung up. And now I can’t get back in the queue. Absolutely horrendous

It's ridiculous. Since just before 10 I've been trying, I'm on attempt 152 now. Tickets saved in my basket that I want. 

 

Why on earth they don't have a system that allows relocations I'll never know.

How have you been able to get tickets in the basket?

Yeah I can’t even get onto the page online, just goes to buying a season ticket for car park lol

Have you got your Son's account set up with an email address? You'll need to login as him. I get the car park when I log in, but when I log in as my Son it shows

Just like purchasing match tickets. Selected three seats and they're reserved for 20 minutes. Just have to keep refreshing them every 15 mins or so to make sure the basket doesn't time out, whilst I wait to get through to the club

If the rubbish / effort the players have put in this season is anything to go by and is carried on into next season you might  be better of staying in the car park

Anyone who is struggling to even get through to the queue, if you ‘accidentally’ select the wrong option (ie option 1 then option 2) then you will get straight through to someone. The old ‘but I definitely pressed option 1’ trick seemed to work, they then transferred me to the queue. Probably saved me half a day of constantly ringing.

Finally sorted, what a trial that was!!! Only took me more than a half a day or ringing.

Good news was by the time we got through somebody else must have relocated so managed to get better seats than expected!

I did that. I got transferred to 'the queue' and got automatically cut off after 30 mins.... annoying!

I wouldn't be surprised.  There are still lots seemingly available all round the ground.  I got on at 10am on the dot expecting a scramble for the area i wanted but neednt have bothered rushing.  Theres still a few days to go but i would imagine most people would have thought like me and tried to get in early.  It does seem like those that said they wouldn't renew werent just saying it, they meant it.

Thanks I'm hoping for him I was guessing that some people would've applied and not took it up due to the low point boundaries

Well, after 5 hours and 599 calls/attempted calls/terminated calls we're all relocated and purchased lol

My mate logged on and sorted mine, to sit with him.

The DD is set up for him, I could transfer him the money but is there a simple way of changing the DD. Don’t fancy ringing and being in a queue?
