Anecdotally the cut off was 20. We have had people successful on 20 and unsuccessful on 19. In theory everyone with 21 points and above will have guaranteed being successful barring a ticket office mess up. Most people on 20 should have been successful. 19 unsucessful.

Does anyone know if you can buy for all members in your application on Friday through one account or does it need to be done individually?

Best to select the best you can find then contact Jim and he'll meet you and let you try a couple of seating options. Least ways he did for me and my son when we have wanted to move a few times.

Does anyone know where it says you can forward/sell back for up to 10 matches in any combination next season?
 

Thought someone mentioned this had changed but can only find the mention of 5 forwards and 5 salebacks on the website. Thanks!

As long as all of your accounts are linked (Family and Friends) you should be able to buy them all. Pick your seats and assign the people as required.

when the season tickets go on sale in the morning, will we see the stadium map like we do when buying tickets? 

me and my brother applied individually and were both successful and want seats together.

will both have to be on the website at the same time but wondering if i can pick a seat and he can find the one next to it?

No it will be like when purchasing tickets, you will see the stadium map, select two seats and providing they are in your friends list click on the pencil icon to change the name..

I was answering your query in terms of do you have to be on at the same time and that’s a no, one person will be able to do it. 
 

in terms of availability, I can’t answer how many or where will be available. Remember many will have renewed already. Whether or not they put all the other available seats up for grabs I don’t know or whether there are certain seats they keep back for members sale? I suppose we will find out. I can’t imagine for some reason they will put a large amount on sale like they do when the members sale goes on for some reason but could be wrong

Reasonably straight forward on the phone. Rang up at 9:52, 8th in the queue, got through at dead on 10am. Set up on direct debit in 5 minutes.
