My brother and I have the opportunity to get season tickets, my dad who we have always gone with since we were young had a heart attack earlier in the year isn't keen on going back atm but encouraged us to try in the ballot. Me and my brother spoke last night and we both said we aren't ready to give up on going without our dad and settled for we would just buy tickets as and when no matter the cost whether it's for 2 of us or 3 of us. However, if we got season tickets, am I right in saying there's a chance we could get our dad a ticket for when he does want to go? But you can't guarantee it would be next to us?

If I were you I'd buy two in a three, leaving a single seat (it can be done despite what the system says)... meaning that whenever they are on sale to members that seat will always be available until someone buys it.

Edit - or you get really unlucky and a single person buys it as a STH, but unlikely given how many singles there are.

Might be an obvious question but do STHs also earn priority points for each game or no?

As been pointed out by others you currently get 50 away points per season, if you buy any home tickets that are not covered by your ST for example cup games you will get 1 home priority point per game

How do you know there are loads left,  you do know around 3000 seats are left unsold for STs, so they can go on general sale on a amatch by match basis.

Key words .....by look of stadium plan.....what's up? Nobody to try and pick an argument with at home?

I dont see why seats would be advertised as for sale as season tickets if they werent available.

They are advertised to those winning the ballot because they are the seats that have not been taken up.  Once the maximum number of STs have been purchased those remaining seats will not be offered to anyone else.  That's is at least how I unbderstand it,  otherwise those at the end of the que to pick there seat will only ever have one serat to choose from.  No need for the insults I'm just trying to understand where you get your knowledge from.

To save you a load of money, I would buy 2 season tickets. Then when your dad wants to go you can either buy a single nearby (not guaranteed to be next to you) or for those individual games you can phone the club up and relocate your two season ticket seats so all 3 can sit together (if there are 3 together obviously which for most games next season should be OK).

Bottom line, I wouldn't pass the opportunity of getting those 2 season tickets unless money is no object.

How can it be sold out? Everyone who was successful in the ballot is guaranteed a ticket. There are 3,000 people choosing from about 8,000 seats.

Obviously the longer you wait, the less choice of seats there will be and you only have until the end of today to buy.

If anyone could get updated screenshots of the availability in SK1/G1 that would be great.

Appreciate most people have likely done it by now

I asked if it had sold out to the people that got into the ballot. Sorry if it was a stupid question

Robo is correct mate. The seats are available to choose, but they won’t sell ALL of those seats as season tickets. STs are capped so they can sell memberships etc.

If thats the case i stand corrected.  Being wrong sometimes i can accept.  Its not the first time, probably wont be the last.

Its maybe a generational thing or maybe im being too sensitive but i dont like the way people speak to each other online.  So aggressive and no respect.  "how do you know" ......or  like people are stupid.  In truth, his comments weren't as bad as some i see on here.  It just riles me people talk to you in a way they wouldn't face to face when they are online behind a screen. If they did it would provoke a serious reaction.  Maybe im just getting old.

Apologies
