Yeah so foreign players need a work permit to play over here

 

You get one based on international appearances / strength of the league you play in

 

He wouldn't get one, however you get a few ESC places which can be given to someone like him who wouldn't get a work permit

Okay Foxes friends. I have an update: Doi has NOT yet gone on trial with Leicester. He has been at a German Bundesliga Club (Hoffenheim) for a few training sessions and returned to Singapore to continue the season. He (and agent) are pushing for a move to England though (no interest in coming to Brøndby now and we have been informed we are fully out of the race ) Leicester are the only English club who have shown serious interest.

 

will update if I learn more, but now Brøndby are out of the race, I fear my “insider information” has now dried away.
