Personally knew someone at Bournemouth that took a pay cut when they last got relegated. So our people might as well.

However, the problem at our club is that non-playing staff also do not pay for themselves being crap.

To be fair I know some thst have sat in tea room watching football matches when they should be at work so absolutely 💯  there are some right lazy sods getting away with doing nothing because its become the culture .. but those on top have made the worse decisions

Yeah next suggestion staff pay the club to employ them
