Only fair Sadler gets looked at considering Andy King has been thrown under the Thai Influencer bus.

 

He was ****ing disastrous last time as caretaker and shouldn't be anywhere near the club. He doesn't have good grace. He was at one point a "tactical analyst" for **** sake, and King needs to rely on Sadler as the experienced assistant.

 

Can understand that Sadler was 'available', but it stinks of Rudkin not trying, not planning, not understanding just how exposed Sadler and Stowell were (Stowell who was for years stealing a living as a coach.)

 

This twat should walk away as well. ****ing shameful.

I refuse to blame any coach or manager until the owner, director of football and players get their share first.

 

King and Sadler are just the next two on a long line of people who get thrown under the bus. They're both good, honest, professional people with the club's best interest at heart. A lack of talent can be excused in my opinion when they're the only people at the club who are behaving like they want to make a change.

 

King and Sadler, Cifuentes and Calm, Ruud and Barry-Murphy, Cooper and Tate, Enzo and Caballero, Smith and Shakespeare etc etc etc.

 

I'm sick of blaming coaches and managers. The simple fact of the matter is that this group of players does not want to be coached. They have no ambition in the game and they're happy to throw their career down the pan for the 5/6 years of mega money that Rudkin has given them while Aiyawatt is on the other side of the globe without a care in the world.

Pearson brought Sadler in as a tactics analyst. I trust Pearson's judgment more than anyone's at the club. Sadler probably isn't a coach and was thrown into it last time we had no manager.

Matt Reeves job should of been looked at years ago. Least amount of distance covered by any team in the Championship and also sick to death of seeing his face on the sideline. We've been awful for 5 years. No idea how he's managed to stay in his job this long.

The moment we lost Enzo’s fitness coach I said it on here, we didn’t replace him.

Puel made him a coach and he became a main coach in the Rodgers era.

I assume King brought him in as he knows him well from his time as a player

However Sadler is one coach brought in at a time when our coaching staff is at an all time shambles, he has never been a manager and is now coaching alongside someone who has no experience and brought in to assist with coaching the under 18s who has somehow found himself managing a club during a crisis point by simply being the last one still turning up

 

Sadler is not the issue, he probably is a decent coach, but one coach does not make a football club - we had more when I was playing in the under 10s
