Will judge the work after seeing the players for a season. On the face of it a solid par for the course window in terms of getting big wages out and replacing with cheaper players. 

 

Not massively keen on us signing a load of Russell's old pals.

 

In terms of activity a massive improvement on what we've had to put up with for the past 5 years or so.

As far as outgoings our circumstances have dictated a lot of the exits, loans and free transfers.

Choudary had previous loans under Rudkin, is letting him go on a free any different ?

as many alluded to getting the rumoured money mentioned for Mavididi, Skipp, Okoli, Faes would’ve have been a masterstroke but none of it happened so far.

Even if a chunk of the signings are crap he’s done better than Rudkin just by being proactive. Without jumping the gun I’m already pretty sold on McFarlane and Howell, and quite like Burns/Watson/Bristric as squad options, think we are going to like the three deadline day signings too

In terms of incomings, I'm a fan of the Bristric and err...Ilari signings. Kind of signings I've been crying out for, so got to give him credit for bringing in young players from Europe that can hopefully develop with us and be sold on for good money or play a role in getting us up the leagues.

Was never going to be 100% perfect and we dont know how the guys coming in are going to fair, but all in all i think its a decent window. 

 

What markets are still open? I am praying that we can get Faes out the door as its not doing us or him any favours staying.
