OnlyOneCity Posted 3 May Posted 3 May I personally think trying to compare our situation to Wednesday’s is an insult to the Wednesday fans. We have not gone through anything like they have with their owner. As far as I am aware, our players have been paid when due, (even if undeservedly), unlike the Wednesday players whose contracts were declared null and void due to lack of wages, and were allowed to leave without transfer fees or income to the club. Their owner is despised by the whole fan group because of his actions and attitude towards the club. Our owner I believe, has a genuine care for the club, but is totally incompetent in running the business. He needs strong advice on how to do this and needs to get rid of Rudkin. 1

We haven’t got there yet is the key bit. The question is, does it matter if he cares or not or whether it’s incompetence or malice if the end result is the same (administration or worse)? I honestly think they are just further along and now reached the bottom where we are not close. So nobody is saying we’ve had the same yet, we are just saying that is our direction. Ultimately, which club is going to go into the 26/27 L1 campaign in better shape?

The rest of what you said is fair but this is absolute fantasy. He cares about himself and his image/ego only. His actions or not that of a man who cares for this football club. And at least Chansiri was openly crooked. Top hasn't even got the minerals to do that.
