More fool me for renewing but the club don't half make the relocation process a nightmare. Relocations started today at 9am so I rang up multiple times but they say they can't put me in the queue because of high demand. I emailed instead and they said there's a seat available where I want but I have to ring up to do but I still can't get through via phone. I'm sure they're not having that much demand for people relocating in League One.

Try ringing the number select option 2 (instead of 1) followed by option 1. I was told to do it this way after emailing [email protected]. Me and mate got straight through and I explained same situation you are having and was told no problem other than having to pay £5 for the privilege

Since the relocation period opened i have called over 15 times and not got through. Different days of week, different times. Then when I email them, all the info to do it, they reply like within 5 minutes saying got to call (or come to ground, which is 2 hour drive). If someone is sat there with an empty inbox in front of them, why can't they just ring me back and do it? Or answer the phone?

 

I mean, it's not a major stress, it's not life or death, but FFS.

The guy who answers the phone has been laid off due to the relegation to league one

It might be worth just leaving it and doing it in a few weeks time when it's quietened down. There's not timeframe on relocation, you can do it whenever.

It is almost as if you expected the club to be competent if you are buying a ST after the owner has ran the club  like a shitshow the last few years, what do you expect?
