Been flirting with relegation whilst being frankly dreadful for years with the same squad that are all finally going it seems.

Some new blood coming in and this is the first manager in a while that there aren't rumours that they have been, are, or were shagging any players...he's never gonna be the answer long term and is VERY limited tactically as last season showed but so was everyone else that managed this lot

Miquel was far better than this idiot, and I don't remember any rumours about her being inappropriate. Decision to sack her and bring in Passmoor should have been a sacking offence in itself tbh

Think Van Egmond is next out of the door.

More departures than Birmingham airport…

Some of her performances last season were absolutely woeful. Jogging about the pitch offering nothing offensively or defensively. No problem with her leaving.

Me neither, another signing that didn’t improve the team.

Surprised by this one, another that WSL2 is probably her level and played there previously with birmingham.

She would have done a job for us next season.

Unless she's heading back to Oz

It sounds like she’s off unless she just fancied moving house 😂

Hmm... reading between the lines, seems like it's maybe not a choice she has made and has been sold.

Is Lehmann still with the club?

I can't imagine with her social 'status' she'd be okay with playing at such a lowly level lol

Been featured quite heavily on the promotional stuff for kits, ect... so seems to be staying.

She should rip this league up to be fair

LCFC Women beat Rugby Borough 2-0 behind closed doors on Saturday afternoon, to get vital minutes in the legs ahead of our Barclays WSL 2 opener next month.
Our competitive campaign kicks off against Sheffield United on Sunday 6 September at Bramall Lane, but for Rick Passmoor’s side, the immediate aim is building match fitness.
Taking on local third-tier side Rugby Borough, the match consisted of two 40-minute halves under the intermediate summer sun, as goals from new signing Jess Ziu and Asmita Ale in the second half made the difference.
Jess Ziu opened the scoring in the friendly.

Jess Ziu opened the scoring in the friendly.
Also included in the first half line-up was fellow new recruit Jessie Stapleton, while Emilia Pelgander, who spend the 25/26 season on loan, was also given minutes.
During a tight contest, our best chance in the first half came from Academy winger Beau King, who cut inside before sending a curling effort just too close to the Rugby ‘keeper, who was able to make the stop.
A handful of changes in the second half saw Sarah Mayling, Simone Sherwood, Ale, Alisha Lehmann and Sam Tierney, who recently committed her future to the Club with a new deal, all introduced.

Looking more front-footed after the break, we took the lead when a looping cross from Ale went over the opposing ‘keeper, allowing Ziu to head it into an open net.
The full-back then turned goalscorer with the pick of the afternoon, cutting inside and curling her effort into the top-right corner from the edge of the box, which brought an end to a positive first pre-season match for the Foxes.
First half XI: Clark; Payne, Stapleton, Thibaud, James; Pelgander, McLoughlin; King, Ziu, Goodwin; Draper.
Second half XI: Clark; Mayling, Sherwood, Thibaud, Ale; Tierney, Pelgander; Palmer, Ziu, Lehmann; Draper.

Absentees yesterday were Keane, Van Egmond, Jansson, Williams, Leah Eddie (new signing) Boureille (still injured)

Williams would rather go I’ve heard, so it would leave just Draper as a Striker at the moment.  Sammy Kaczmar has gone to the States.

Out of those, would hate to see Keane go! Would like to see her get a good run of yames next season, she's definitely earned it with her performances at the end of last season.

Jansson will also be good at this level.

Only info I can find is Midfielder but one reference made to her being a Winger.
