Lichfieldfox. Posted 3 January 2006 Posted 3 January 2006 I'd make no more than 3 changes to aid confidence: Douglas (as had a good game vs Palace) Stearman McCarthy Johansen (rest Dion, need more pace at back) Maybury (worries me at left back but better bet for this level than Sheehan) Hughes Williams (in for Kisnorbo) Gudjohnson (before suspension kicks in) Smith (unless Arsenal won't allow then Sylla who may rise to the occassion) Hume Hammond Bench: De Vries Henderson Weslowski Kisnorbo Hamill
Sir JJ Wilcox Posted 3 January 2006 Posted 3 January 2006 sorry mate could you rearrange that team to suit a 4-5-1 formation
woznotwos Posted 3 January 2006 Posted 3 January 2006 he'll be a bag of nerves....only one change ,,his underwear!!
filbertway Posted 3 January 2006 Posted 3 January 2006 sorry mate could you rearrange that team to suit a 4-5-1 formation ........................ Douglas . Maybury Stearman McCarthy Johansen . .......... Hughes Williams Gudjohnson . Hammond .................................... Smith . Hume
syston_fox Posted 3 January 2006 Posted 3 January 2006 I reckon Henderson will actually start against Spurs. 4-5-1 formation. De Vries being the lone frontman.
Bert Posted 3 January 2006 Posted 3 January 2006 This would be my selection Hendo Maybury Stearman McCarthy Gerrbrand Smith Hughes Williams Joey Hume Hammond The team i think it will be: Douglas Maybury Stearman Dublin McCarthy Sylla Smith Kisnorbo Joey MDV Hume
Sir JJ Wilcox Posted 3 January 2006 Posted 3 January 2006 ........................ Douglas . Maybury Stearman McCarthy Johansen . .......... Hughes Williams Gudjohnson . Hammond .................................... Smith . Hume Replace Hume with De-vries and maybe Sylla with Hammond and your probably corect
lush Posted 3 January 2006 Posted 3 January 2006 ------------------henderson stearman--macarthy--johanson--sheehan --sylla------maybury-----joey-----hamill ---------------elvis-------hume but he`ll probably play douglas maybury, stearman, macarthy, dublin, johanson, sheehan hughes, joey, kisnorbo role on the new blood of weso, morris and........?
Mark Posted 3 January 2006 Posted 3 January 2006 We'll win this and lose against Sheffield Wednesday, it's the Leicester way. As always, but even more so i've a nasty feeling Levein will be terrified though. Henderson played the League Cup games and played well, no reason why he shouldn't play in the FA Cup. ------------------Henderson -Stearman--McCarthy--Johansson--Maybury- ----Hughes----Williams---Joey----------Smith- -----------------Elvis-----Hume

Durnerz Posted 3 January 2006 Posted 3 January 2006 ---------------Henderson------------------ Stearman---Mccarthy--Johansson--Maybury Hughes-----Gudjonsson--Tiatto----Smith --------Hume--------Hammond We need someone in there to compete with Davids and Tiatto did well yesterday and looked efficient with the ball and won his tackles, I think the sending off has taught him a lesson, he can't play wide so lets play him central, he looked good there against Inter. Hughesy did more yesterday than Sylla all season.
DaveyJ Posted 3 January 2006 Posted 3 January 2006 Of the same opinion here too, We usually do well in front of the camera's, dont we ?? We will do as we against Blackburn last year, play decently and then lose in the last ten/fifteen minutes. Team = Henderson - CL's bound to want to test him out and why not test him out in the cup, without making it look like he's taken decisive action and dropped Douglas. Stearman, MacCarthy, Gerrbrand (if fit - if not then Dublin), Maybury, Sylla, Kisnorbo,Hughes, Joey, Hamill De Vries

Bert Posted 3 January 2006 Posted 3 January 2006 If tiatto plays against spurs he is stupider or braver than anyone on this planet I thought Tiatto would be injured for this game after hearing Leveins comments on yesterdays game?
filbertway Posted 3 January 2006 Posted 3 January 2006 I thought Tiatto would be injured for this game after hearing Leveins comments on yesterdays game? So did i, thats why he would either be stupid or brave to play
TAFKA Castroneves Posted 3 January 2006 Posted 3 January 2006 I'd like to see this team played: ------------------Henderson--------------------- --------------------------------------------------- -Stearman--McCarthy--Gerrbrand--Maybury- --------------------------------------------------- -Hammond--Gudjonsson--Hughes----Smith-- --------------------------------------------------- ----------Hume----------------------------------- ------------------------De Vries------------------ But I think Levein will go with: --------------------Douglas----------------------- ----------------------------------------------------- -Stearman--McCarthy---Johansson--Maybury-- ----------------------------------------------------- -Sylla--Hughes--Gudjonsson--Kisnorbo--Smith- ----------------------------------------------------- --------------------De Vries-----------------------

Jamesino Posted 3 January 2006 Posted 3 January 2006 ------------------Henderson-------------------- Stearman---Mccarthy--Johansson--Sheehan Hughes-------Williams-------Joey-------Smith -------------Hammond-------Hume------------ And that would be the team I would put out every week. As for Levein, I dont know, and almost dont care what hes going to do, the man doesnt have a clue and needs to be sacked...

As for Levein, I dont know, and almost dont care what hes going to do, the man doesnt have a clue and needs to be sacked... I'll like to see that formation play, on a regular basis like you say and not just for the Spurs game. But who knows what decision CL will make on Sunday...
