I got a reply from Tim:

"Thanks for your e mail and support for the club. I note all your points.

With regards to the shirt JJB are working on it and believe at present they do not want an announcement till much later april/ may as we are under a contract with them we have to comply but I will chase as to why.

tbh im pissed off aswell but do u really think if a new manager was to come in we wil instantly win all of are matches??

sacking a manager every time we go on a shit run is not the answer

This isn't just a sh.t run it's an embarrassment.

the cost of sacking levein.... too much really for us..

plus dont expect an amazing manager to come in to this club, we will get someone who has never managed before, or someone who we have never even heard of.

In our situation I'd be perfectly happy to have Dion Dublin until the end of the seasoon.

He's already at the club

He knows the squad and therefore wouldn't take weeks deciding his best team

He's popular with the younger players who are always saying how much he helps them

He's experienced in the top divisions

He'd been a forward and defender.

He's got contacts

He's Leicester born

He seems well respected by the players

He's got a bit of presence.

I've not read of anyone more suitable.

Okay he's got no managerial record.

Levein had a managerial record that impressed all sorts but his record at Leicester looks pretty naff.

I know he might cock up. But so might anyone else.
