News of the Screws :mad::angry::( <_<

SEX TXT GARY IS TO SPLIT

By Gemma Calvert & Dan Evans

GARY LINEKER is being divorced by his wife of 20 years, the News of the World can sensationally reveal.

The football hero turned telly presenter is said to be heartbroken by the split from Michelle, his childhood sweetheart and mother of his four boys.

A friend of the couple said: "Gary wanted to stay together but Michelle felt the relationship had run its course.

"She is the one who has said she wants to move on. It's devastating for Gary."

As his marriage broke down, the 45-year-old Match Of The Day host swapped a series of steamy text messages with pretty former TV presenter Tara Stout, 35, left.

Another friend said: "Gary has been flirting in these texts. It's very sad because he and Michelle have been through so much together.

Doomed

"This is Gary's wife's decision. There have been problems for a while. She is basically sick of his lifestyle and wants to lead her life in a different way."

In the texts the former Spurs, Everton and England striker confided that his marriage was doomed.

He admitted that Michelle was the one who wanted the split and complained that the marriage was sexless.

Tara was keen to take the relationship further and meet up.

Lineker told her he would not be interested in seeing any other woman until his marriage was over and predicted that would be "in six months."

But he flirted outrageously with Tara and was happy to exchange talk about sex though he admitted he would not go further because he was "a good boy."

Some texts were in Spanish. Lineker is fluent in the language from his time playing for Barcelona.

The family friend said: "They enjoyed some cheeky banter by text but didn't take things further.

"Gary loved all the banter and if he had been single at the time, he clearly would have taken things further.

"With the divorce coming through, maybe they have a future together."

Lineker and Tara first met ten years ago at the BBC. It is thought she was temping at the time and later got a job there as a sports producer.

They lost touch until two years ago when Tara was working for a promotions company.

She was hired to entertain guests at a sports event at London's Cafe Royal.

She wore a black top and skirt but Lineker did not recognise her and chatted away as if it was for the first time.

Stripping

They hit it off that night but did not take it any further.

Their steamy text exchanges began after Tara got back in touch in March this year.

She too was having trouble in her personal life at the time. She was about to be evicted from her Soho flat after a bitter dispute with her landlord, the porn baron Paul Raymond.

The dispute culminated in her stripping down Dean Street in central London and being arrested. She is now facing trial in June.

The Linekers' split has stunned family and friends and comes just a week after Gary's brother Wayne, 42, was jailed for fraud.

The friend went on: "Gary is devoted to his boys and they remain a priority to both him and Michelle. He was more than happy for them to stay together but Michelle recently turned 40 and wants to move on with her life.

"She feels that the marriage is stale and knows she is young enough, in time, to embark on a new relationship." Lineker, whose family home is in Sunningdale, Berks, will anchor the BBC's World Cup coverage which starts in just 40 days.

The face of the Walkers Crisps telly ads is England's second highest scorer after Bobby Charlton with 48 goals from 80 international caps.

He and Michelle met when she was just 14 and he was an 18-year-old reserve for his home town club Leicester City. Lineker has said: "She was obviously under-age so we didn't start dating until she was 17. Until then I would see her around the place from time to time and I kept my eye on her to make sure she wasn't trapped by anybody else.

"I thought she was so attractive and we got on very well. There wasn't one particular moment when we suddenly became a couple but I do remember asking her out for our first proper date to a restaurant when she was 17 and it just went on from there.

"I was probably keener on her then than she was on me and I'm probably keener now."

He went on: "I'm not a romantic. I'm not very good at all that hearts and flowers stuff and I usually forget our anniversary.

"The worst thing I ever did was on her birthday when I sent her a card saying. ‘To Michelle, Happy Birthday, Lots of Love, Gary Lineker.'

"Having signed hundreds of autographs a week I had just signed my name without thinking. I nearly died when she opened it and I saw what I had written. But she saw the funny side...eventually.

"She knew me when I had nothing and our relationship hasn't changed over the years. If anything we have grown closer and we have a rock solid relationship.

"Her support has always been an important factor in my life. Every time I do something, hers is the opinion I want more than anybody else's."

Not a good week for the Lineker family as his brother was sent down for tax evasion.....

Link

The millionaire brother of Gary Lineker, the celebrated former England footballer, has been jailed for two-and-a-half years for a £220,000 tax fraud.

For 18 months, Wayne Lineker, the owner of a chain of pubs and sports bars, systematically smuggled cash into Britain in the luggage of unsuspecting family and friends.

Once in the UK, bundles of pesetas and escudos from pubs in Spain, Portugal and the Canary Islands were laundered into sterling, London's Southwark Crown Court heard.

The cash was "thoroughly cleaned up" at bureaux de change. Later John Stacey, a City stockbroker, was brought in to secure a better exchange rate.

Recruited to the conspiracy with a series of four-figure sweeteners and a holiday in Portugal, Stacey siphoned the money through several NatWest bank accounts before handing it back to the businessman.

Lineker, 43, whose brother presents Match of the Day and who captained England during a glittering international career, admitted one count of conspiracy to defraud the Inland Revenue between 1999 and 2001.

The judge said the Court of Appeal had made it clear that defrauding the Inland Revenue was a "serious offence because it means defrauding the vast majority of honest taxpayers".

As a result he would not only be jailed for two-and-a-half years but face a further 24 months if he failed to pay a £90,000 confiscation order.

Lineker, once considered a better footballing prospect than his famous older brother, used to run a stall in Leicester market.

In 1988 he moved to Tenerife and, with his brother's blessing, decided to cash in on the name of the striker, who was never booked or sent off in a career with Leicester City, Everton, Barcelona, Spurs and England.

Shortly afterwards, he opened the World Famous Lineker's Bar in Playa de las Americas, Tenerife. A subsequent and very successful relocation to a busier area allowed him to him to open other bars - simply called Lineker's - in Spain, Portugal, Cyprus and the Canary Islands. They are filled with footballing memorabilia and have proved a magnet for players, celebrities and fans.

Proud of his brother's achievement, Gary Lineker once said: "Wayne is good at business - he has always been able to turn a penny into tuppence.

"I admire the way he has built up the clubs. It is his little empire which will hopefully continue to build and do well."

Did you think the same thing about the Beckhams and that "toilet" woman though? Or Rooney? Or any of the players who have actually done something wrong in their relationships?

People will gossip regardless, but in this case it's one of those things, and is unlikely to lead to tasteless posts. If anything, people will probably be saying how sorry they are that one of the few marriages in the world of celebrity hasn't been able to last the course.

To the public Lineker might have a glamorous life but to his wife I would imagine it is often a disruptive nightmare and there are always going to be the ever-waiting piranhas ready to move in when a relationship weakens. You can only hope everything works out well for the couple and their kids. There but for fortune...
