Ric Flair Posted 8 November 2004 Posted 8 November 2004 Considering i'm well up for tonight I thought i'd get a thread up and running for tonight's game. It's been quiet on here all day so let's get the party started right now. I think we'll win 3-1 tonight, Connolly 2 and Scowcroft Line-up: Pressman Canero Dabizas Heath Tiatto Gillespie Gudjonsson Nalis Stewart Connolly Scowcroft Subs: Stearman, Wright, Morris, Elliott, Dublin Would prefer to see Stearman in instead of Dabizas or Heath but I doubt that will happen. Would also like to see Dawson and Porter given a chance, I think we are crying out for a new right winger and Porter's our man Shaun Wright-Phillips mark II. Pre-match drink: 1884 Sports bar. Pre-match food: Anything other than the horridness they churn out at the ground.

Mark Posted 8 November 2004 Posted 8 November 2004 Not a bad team. I have a nasty feeling Elliott will take Stearmans place on the bench tonight so the sooner his contract runs out the better. Gillespie best perform tonight, the fans will most likely turn on him if he doesnt and thats not good cause we dont have another alternative other than LEVIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII
Muz Posted 8 November 2004 Posted 8 November 2004 Keown and Williams are too have late Fitness tests. No Walker though <_<
Leicester_Mad Posted 8 November 2004 Posted 8 November 2004 whats the 1884 sports bar like? dont know where to go for a drink tonight before the game
Scow Posted 8 November 2004 Posted 8 November 2004 whats the 1884 sports bar like? dont know where to go for a drink tonight before the game 34062[/snapback] Alot of us go to the Counting House. Think I'll try the 1884 sports bar sometime, although apparently it does get a bit crowded in there. As for the game, I'm really looking forward to it. Not been this excited about a home game for a long time. Hopefully Scowcroft and Connolly can continue their useful looking partnership upfront. Didn't realise Williams would be in contention as I thought he would be out for a few more games yet. However, I can see Levein sticking with Nalis and Gudjonsson in the centre. Prediction? Maybe a narrow 2-1 win......

dhermon Posted 8 November 2004 Posted 8 November 2004 final score a nice solid 3-0 win for leicester!!!!!
Wellman Posted 8 November 2004 Posted 8 November 2004 good result and performance for that matter by the boys in blue tongiht. I love it when peter reid comes to the walkers, last year it was 4-0 (Leeds) and this time it was 3-0. B)
Steven Posted 8 November 2004 Posted 8 November 2004 Worst performance by Gudjohnssen, though he was not bad, and best by Tiatto. Still things to work on, but if they play like that every week then we might make the play offs.
filbertway Posted 8 November 2004 Posted 8 November 2004 After that the play offs dont seem to hard to make. 6 points off and not even half way yet. I would be disappointed if wedidnt make them now.

Cat Burger Posted 8 November 2004 Posted 8 November 2004 Great performance I thought Canero and Stewart were Excellent, they closed down with pace and got forward which made all the difference. No bad performance from anyone tonight, even Gillespie impressed me.
