Daggers Posted 27 June 2006 Posted 27 June 2006 Me? I would have not worried whenever I got dumped ~ there was always another person coming along for me to not have formed a mature relationship with and to have been dumped by. I would try to have been more mature in relationships and not try to convince the partner that Saturday morning TV programming was more important than shopping for things in Ikea. I would not put off having kids. I would invest in property and pension savings. I would say yes to sensible cars and no to credit. I would always stay in touch with my friends. I would not get a tattoo. I would not try to get promotion of any kind. I would remember that life is shit short and love everyone every day!
Bert Posted 28 June 2006 Posted 28 June 2006 My Bank Account!! Erm, Stay in touch with the people that mean soenthing to ya, remember family values and that people that "looked after you" Not pi55ed about at school and college, not be a player 'cos i am one apparently. Guest Posted 28 June 2006 Posted 28 June 2006 Avoid alcohol at all costs. Avoid food at all costs. Exercise more.
macbeth Posted 28 June 2006 Posted 28 June 2006 i wouldn't have teased poor shy little timmy green so mercilessly he grew up to be big psychotic timmy green
Ricey Posted 28 June 2006 Posted 28 June 2006 Stopped myself from dwelling in misery too much. Been truthful to a number of people about how I truely felt about them. Forced myself to let go of feelings that should of been long dead.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 28 June 2006 Posted 28 June 2006 Said "no Dad I don't fancy coming to watch a Leicester game with you"

Lemon Harpic Posted 28 June 2006 Posted 28 June 2006 I would have staked every bit of money I could get my hands on on Greece winning Euro 2004...
Alexikokopops Posted 28 June 2006 Posted 28 June 2006 I would have staked every bit of money I could get my hands on on Greece winning Euro 2004... I wish that sometimes. I'm putting more random 50P bets on next season, my mate put 10 50p bets on the Champions League final for things with good odds, and one of them was Sol Campbell to score first for Arsenal but Barca to win 2-1. He took down about £180, the bastard. Anyway, I've got no regrets, I've had fun, it'll do.
Nationwider Posted 28 June 2006 Posted 28 June 2006 I wish I'd taken a few more risks after leaving uni. Coasted for nowt for 2 years. Graft = rewards, as I'm beginning to find out now. Havind said that, things are chipper now, and if I'd done things differently, I wouldn't have what I do now.**** it. No point looking back and grumbling. However, I should have made more of an effort to engage in tonsil tennis with Charlotte at the school disco, aged 13. Damn.

I may have had Charlotte all those moons ago but it didn't stop you sneaking off with Kelly behind the bikesheds when my back was turned!
Head Honcho Posted 28 June 2006 Posted 28 June 2006 Got an accountant sooner Oh yeh and listened to Zammo and the cast of Grange Hill when they said "Just say no"
The People's Hero Posted 28 June 2006 Posted 28 June 2006 Gone in to media/marketing/other bullshit. All my mates who did now earn £28k+ (all aged 22 and out of uni for one year) while I work my arse off for far less. Luckily, in the event of a downturn in the economy or their company's fortunes, they will be the first to be sacrificed. Fu cking creative, fun loving, media, scummy wasters.
Guest Posted 29 June 2006 Posted 29 June 2006 not said things that can ruin friendships (ie giving advice they dont wanna hear at the time) You'll find yeats later that you'll all be laughing about it together, as it turned out you were right all along, and once your mates get over this fact, they'll be back.
