Never in the world was that a red card. can't believe he sent him off for that push, shocking decision if he sends people off for that it's amazing in Argentina that he ever manages to ref a game without sending at least four people off!! as for Ronaldo I hope that in Shearers words when he gets back to manure Rooney chins him one after he got him sent off he winked and had a smile on his face as well, cheating wa*ker!!! and to do that to your own club team mate as well is beyond out of order!!

I also thought that Rooney was fouled by Carvalho at the very start of the incident should have been a free kick to us imo before anything else happend

Where were the yellow cards for diving as well? Why was Carragher asked to retake his kick surely if the ref has blown his whistle it should count? The answer a very clever but biased ref. mind you we still lost it ourselves with those £80,000 / week penalties.

Rooney got sent off for the push on Ronaldo ( who is a scumbag, a headbutt on Rooney before the game started) and you can tell purely because of the the referee's actions, hehad signalled for a free kick, but as soon as Rooney pushed Ronaldo, he ordered away from the circle and sent him off. Portugal's players were acting all day and if they can't win fairly well then there are no words to describe them. We'll win Euro 2008, mark my words.
