Daggers Posted 7 July 2006 Posted 7 July 2006 On the online site they've got a version of Deal or No Deal where you can play for money now. Its freaking ace. Deal Or No Deal I need a beardy twat ... although it was fun for five minutes on trial mode...
aussie-fox Posted 7 July 2006 Posted 7 July 2006 seems pretty tempting, just played a few games and took the first deal, that was about 1.50 profit. do that a few times and its easy money
syston_fox Posted 7 July 2006 Posted 7 July 2006 seems pretty tempting, just played a few games and took the first deal, that was about 1.50 profit. do that a few times and its easy money If you lose the top box in the first round though, you're pretty much guarenteed to lose money!
Bluefoxtim Posted 8 July 2006 Posted 8 July 2006 Yeah but trial mode surely you're gonna win more on this one to tempt you? My brother was looking at an online casino once, went on a slot machine and won the mega jackpot after about 3 turns!
Maybes Posted 8 July 2006 Posted 8 July 2006 Do not play online games for money. The are obviously computer programmed to win more money than they take otherwise it would be pointless for the bookies to run it. The demo play is set that you win more to tempt you to thinking it easy money.

The demo play is set that you win more to tempt you to thinking it easy money. Well obviously they're designed to make more money otherwise the bookies would make a loss they're not programmed to make more money though, the odds are set just in favor of the bookies so if you get 1000's of people playing, profit will obviously accumulate. That's total tripe about it not being random. It may seem like you do better playing for fun but that's just coincidence. It would be illegal for them to fix it.
Janx Posted 10 July 2006 Posted 10 July 2006 just looked at this... stay clear, obivously in Real life the boxes contents cannot change... A computer game that you can beat? I think not! Another attempt to rip off thick twa ts who love losing their dole cash! Bravo Ladbrokes!!
Collymore Posted 10 July 2006 Posted 10 July 2006 just looked at this... stay clear, obivously in Real life the boxes contents cannot change...A computer game that you can beat? I think not! Another attempt to rip off thick twa ts who love losing their dole cash! Bravo Ladbrokes!! Yeah but the boxes don't change, the odds are just favored for the bookies. If you put on a £10 stake then the biggest prize you can win is £100 so 10/1. There's also an 18 prizes below your stake that would mean a loss and only 7 boxes which are greater. So you're more likely to get a crap box than a good one which means your best bet to make money is taking an offer off the banker if you're lucky enough to steer clear of reds. There not hiding anything. Anyone can see the odds are shite. I don't know why people acuse them off changing numbers around in boxes! There's no need to!
Rincewind Posted 10 July 2006 Posted 10 July 2006 Has a bookie ever lost? Although some have a good try at beating them.
bigneville Posted 11 July 2006 Posted 11 July 2006 Has a bookie ever lost? Although some have a good try at beating them. I used to work in a bookmakers in town. It's very very very rare that the bookies don't have a day of making profit. The biggest winners we used to have bet large on football singles...

Alexikokopops Posted 18 July 2006 Posted 18 July 2006 I introduced this to my mate Alex who's a huge Deal Or No Deal fan and is a big fan of online gambling (mainly online poker, but he's up for anything) Got this text from him yesterday: Played my 50 schnupp game today. Dealt with 6 left and £500 in play for £106. £70 in my box. Result It can be done!!
