dandannieldanok Posted 23 August 2006 Posted 23 August 2006 Never liked him so I'm not bothered, he can go now for all I care.
oundlefox Posted 23 August 2006 Posted 23 August 2006 So the guy is hoping for something better. well aren't most people. maybe he doesn't think leicester are good enough for him but maybe that is true. most of us think we should be in the premiership but the fact is we are nowhere near good enough. maybe if you worked for a company who uses you in a position which is not your preffered choice and whose colleagues spend all the time slagging you off on websites and blogs then you too might feel like you wanted something better. perhaps if he was consistently played in his best position (left centre back) he might actually be the player we want him to be. he is not the first player to want away and he wont be the last. after all gudjonnson signed a pre-contract agreement with another club half way through a season thereby expressing his opinion on leicester but I don't recall this type of response. i don't like reaidng theses sort of comments but we should all calm down a bit. There's wanting better and being ambitious and there's being a realist. NEJ living in fantasy world if he thinks he should be playing in the Prem. Joey decided he was off midway through the season, had a club lined up and still gave his all after he knew he was going. NEJ making his big plans after four games. Some fans might just see it as a kick in the teeth when he's coming out hinting he wants out when he's hardly setting world on fire.
lcfc_jme Posted 23 August 2006 Posted 23 August 2006 I would like NEJ to leave at the end of the season, it'd save us on his wages and we wouldn't have to put up with his poor performances all the time.. I find it quite funny that he thinks he'd get a return to the Prem though! The Nils that has been playing for us is no where near Prem quality - not even Quinn would be crackers enough to buy him!!
Leicfox Posted 23 August 2006 Posted 23 August 2006 "I don't know if I will stay. I am hoping for something better. Thats a disgrace tbh, if i was manager id kick the twat out the door now.
Lets Be having You Posted 23 August 2006 Posted 23 August 2006 well a total tosser,he leaks goals like severntrent leaks water in my street

lcfc_jme Posted 23 August 2006 Posted 23 August 2006 He's seeing the writing on the wall, that's what he's doing.. Defending somebody that everybody wants to be against? That's not like you is it Thracian?!?!

It’s the Hi Lighted comments and his lack of respect / loyalty that's hacked me off mate. Not the fact that he has ambition and wants to play in the premiership (all players in England do) Also even if he was to play at left centre back I still don’t think he could cut the mustard, he’s to slow, and does to many hoof clearances ( yes sometimes that is the correct way out of a situation, but not for the majority of the time) and also his weaknesses where exposed against Luton for gods sake! What would happen if he was to come up against the best from Man Utd and Chelsea in the form Rooney, Drogba Etc? My point is, if he can’t do it for us at Championship level who in the Premiership would want him?
Thracian Posted 23 August 2006 Posted 23 August 2006 Defending somebody that everybody wants to be against? That's not like you is it Thracian?!?! He's yesterday's man in my view. I'm much more interested in tomorrow.
stez Posted 23 August 2006 Posted 23 August 2006 He's yesterday's man in my view. I'm much more interested in tomorrow. we're not playing tomorrow anyway, if i'm looking for a better job i don't go around shouting about it in a 'i'm looking for something better' type of way. 'new challenge' or 'something different' would sound better, incase nothing came along! but to be fair to him something may've been lost in translation. bye skills, i'll miss you
SydneyFC Posted 24 August 2006 Posted 24 August 2006 This guy isn't even good enough for the championship.
lcfc_jme Posted 24 August 2006 Posted 24 August 2006 He needs a severe wake up call!! Loser.... Release him now though and watch another Championship club snap him up and his performances improve greatly
Lester LXXIV Posted 24 August 2006 Posted 24 August 2006 Release him now though and watch another Championship club snap him up and his performances improve greatly No doubt, that always seems to happen with players we release!
Shum Posted 24 August 2006 Posted 24 August 2006 Leicester City defender Nils-Eric Johansson is hoping to secure a return to The Premiership at the end of the season. The Swede's contract with The Foxes expires next summer and he has hinted at an exit from The Walkers Stadium. Johansson joined Leicester from Blackburn Rovers over 12 months ago and has been a regular fixture in the Championship side's defence. But the 26-year-old appears to be keen on a new challenge at the season's conclusion, with two options currently under consideration. A return to his homeland has not been ruled out, but the stopper's preference would appear to be a move to The Premiership. "My entire family are supporting Djurgardens," Johansson told Fotbolldirekt.com. "There are a couple of clubs who have been in touch. "I don't know if I will stay. I am hoping for something better. "Most of all, I would like to return to the Premier League." LINK ROFLMAO!
The People's Hero Posted 24 August 2006 Posted 24 August 2006 Pssssssssst, Nils, the door is over here mate.
Manwell Pablo Posted 24 August 2006 Posted 24 August 2006 I like Nils, I think when he retires from football he should join a Scandnivian Death Metal band, he's got the look.
Finn Claw Posted 24 August 2006 Posted 24 August 2006 NEJ what a legend, Chelsea are trying to get a new left back, perhaps he should go there
Thracian Posted 24 August 2006 Posted 24 August 2006 NEJ what a legend, Chelsea are trying to get a new left back, perhaps he should go there Would that be Mourinho's lot or the Pensioners' Nursing Staff forming a Guest Xl?
Tommeh Posted 24 August 2006 Posted 24 August 2006 The guy really needs a reality check. Can only imagine he thinks we'll be promoted cus nobody would take hin on at the moment
Tommeh Posted 24 August 2006 Posted 24 August 2006 I think there's 5 players at the club more likely to start next season in the prem: Fryatt Kisnorbo Hume Williams Stearman none of them are moaning
OzFox311 Posted 25 August 2006 Posted 25 August 2006 Nils at Chelsea, that would be good fun, he'd be in 3rds for the whole season and then he'd realise what a mistake he's made. Seriously though, unless the agent is trying to get money, Nils should shut his trap, because there is still a chance we could make it to the top league next season, its Game 4 FFS. Do this is January fine, but now, your just asking for trouble and a season of fans getting annoyed, and you don't want that.

Lineker's Left Foot Posted 27 August 2006 Posted 27 August 2006 Do not rate NEJ as a left-back and he was woeful yesterday. Sell him now and let Alan Sheehan come in !!
