Very Entertaining and thoroughly enjoyable.

Might give this a watch, decent cast apart from Vin Diesel.

Black swan - meh, amazed at the oscar buzz on this one, really boring.

But it doesn't stink anywhere near the total dross that was 'i am number four'.

Scariest film I've seen in ages... I can only hope that no teenagers are close to being like this...

Really good film, but I don't quite understand the ending...

For the kung-fu fans I've watched the following few films recently and they come highly recommended if you can get your hands on them:

Ip Man

Ip Man 2 (not quite as good as the first but a steady watch if you want good sequences)

Goemon (twisty plot and very epic scenes)

K-20 Legend of the Black Mask

The Ong-Bak franchise

Fearless (my favourite Jet Li film)

And for a bit of levity:

Alien vs Ninja (Yes I did type that correctly - low budget with a nice bit of t&a from the lead female)

Just seen Chico and Rita with the missus, spanish film about two lovers who meet just after the war and they're bouth musicians and that. Kermode loved it so I rented it as a snuggler for me and mrs. 80footgiraffe. It was really good, emotional, beautiful. Well worth a watch, best adult anime I've seen.

1st one was ok, this one is a bag 'o' shite.

I've got to be honest, just the front cover would be enough to put me off even watching it. lol

Gulliver's Travels; Like all Jack Black films, not as funny as it should be,disappointing.

Diary of a wimpy kid; Fair, 1or 2 laughs.
