Super 8 starts well but suffers from a very poor final act. I was really enjoying it but the last 20 minutes really let it down. It reminded me of the ending to Stephen Kings It. i.e. She-ite

Just remembered how much I like Ben Foster as an actor. No, not the new West Brom keeper... This guy:

I recall the first time I saw "Bang, Bang, You're Dead" - great performance, great story (based on an equally great school play).

And "The Messenger" (2009) is another film in which he truly delivers.

Sadly overlooked, I guess mainly because of its sensitive subject matter (US Army members responsible for delivering the death news to the family of the fallen).

I always remember his role in Six Feet Under and i agree, he is a good actor.

Why have I never heard of this until now??

Anyway, I watched Inception the other night, it was definitely a very good film, and I can see why it was so hyped. Slightly disappointed that they wasted the "you mustn't be afraid to dream a little bigger darling" line on a throwaway moment though - there's a woman at work who's been repeating it constantly since it came out, so I was expecting a great moment rather than just a great line.

Thought it was horrendous.

To me it's a good movie.

It's a simple plot but never the less a good little flick

Have you seen the british gangster movie Face? Follows a similar (ish) pattern.worth a view if you've not seen it. Decent cast too.
