Guest Gist Posted 5 September 2006 Share Posted 5 September 2006 They were all good but Nalis' against Leeds was the best I think plus it was with his weaker foot.
lookwhaticando Posted 5 September 2006 Share Posted 5 September 2006 I was disappointed to see that Frank Sinclair (Middlesborough) v Leicester didn't make the poll So instead, Muzzy gets my vote.
Ric Flair Posted 5 September 2006 Share Posted 5 September 2006 Izzet's is possibly the best goal i've ever seen live and in my top 5 all time best goals.
Bert Posted 5 September 2006 Share Posted 5 September 2006 Izzet. If you tried to recreate any of them goals ever (which would probbaly be impossible anyway but hypothetically) Muzzy's would be the last one you'd pull off. All three of these goals were excellent, but Muzzy's had the most technique to it.

lookwhaticando Posted 5 September 2006 Share Posted 5 September 2006 Without wanting to sound as if I'm pissing on parades here, Joey's was a good goal - but the Nalis and Izzet goals are a class above. I'm very surprised that Nalis has so far polled less than Joey's goal, so far. I'm wondering if those who voted Joey have seen the other goals? OBO Posted 5 September 2006 Share Posted 5 September 2006 All absolute class but that Nalis strike is one of the best Leicester goals I've ever seen!
Bert Posted 5 September 2006 Share Posted 5 September 2006 Izzetts gets my vote How long was he playing at our club for?? How many amazing things did he do? And you still can't spell his name.
filbertway Posted 5 September 2006 Share Posted 5 September 2006 Got to be Izzet, all made possible by the legend that is Andy Impey
TAFKA Castroneves Posted 5 September 2006 Share Posted 5 September 2006 If we're looking into this more than just the goal then - Nalis because at that time I felt that moment of excellence turned us onto a decent points-scoring run - which we weren't looking at before in the Premiership. Izzets was absolutly class also though, both looked excellent to the eye. Joey's was awesome too though. Choices, Choices... I'll go for my long-haired friend Lilian. lildave3 Posted 5 September 2006 Share Posted 5 September 2006 All 3 goals were awesome. But Joey's goal v Hull was just unbelievable, it came out of nowhere. To hit it that hard and with that much accuracy from the halfway line when i personally didnt even see the keeper off his line (despite being behind the goal). Pure class, still annoyed he left :pinch:
dandannieldanok Posted 5 September 2006 Share Posted 5 September 2006 Got to be Izzet, all made possible by the legend that is Andy Impey Excellent cross, superb strike, absolute perfection. Izzet, what a goal, what a player.
Tommeh Posted 5 September 2006 Share Posted 5 September 2006 Went for Nalis although the night in general was pretty special against Leeds
Maybes Posted 5 September 2006 Share Posted 5 September 2006 Izzet. As he was a very sexual being.
Simon Posted 5 September 2006 Share Posted 5 September 2006 Izzet will always be a Leicester legend. But the vote for my favourate goal has to be Lilian Nalis.
Phube Posted 5 September 2006 Share Posted 5 September 2006 I've had to say Nalis. The reason being I wasn't at Grimsby so I've only seen the (crap camera work!! ) video. And although I've never been more stunned at a goal Gudjohnsson's is more about luck (in terms of the Keeper being a bit slow) and power... Whereas Nalis's was pure skill, and unstoppable for the goalie even though he knew it was coming!!!
Thracian Posted 5 September 2006 Share Posted 5 September 2006 Joey's. So many people still think it was a fluke but he spotted the chance and delivered to perfection. Awesome.
Wils Posted 5 September 2006 Share Posted 5 September 2006 Muzzys goal for sure. Great stuff.
Nationwider Posted 5 September 2006 Share Posted 5 September 2006 Muzzy Izzet. It was insane. I'll doubt I'll see a better goal.
maccfox Posted 5 September 2006 Share Posted 5 September 2006 Well remembering all the fuss over Beckhams goal V wombledon ive gotta go for Joeys as it was much better plus the fact it was scored against the devil!!!!
Suffolk_fox Posted 5 September 2006 Share Posted 5 September 2006 Just some reminders Nalis Muzzy I voted for Nalis - it was a quality strike which brought the best of the other two together. Lightning quick reactions and a bit of distance.
Durnerz Posted 5 September 2006 Share Posted 5 September 2006 Nalis, purely because I saw it live and the technique was spot on to beat one of the best keepers in this country.
Ultra Posted 5 September 2006 Share Posted 5 September 2006 Joey's, because of the distance involved. The other two efforts were purely instinctive, but still fabulous goals. However, Joey's was a class above. Even Pele or Maradona would have been proud to claim that goal as their own!
