Mark Posted 20 September 2006 Posted 20 September 2006 Further out than Joey's and Beckhams, Newcastle keeper did slip mind... GOAL!
Bert Posted 20 September 2006 Posted 20 September 2006 Is he making this a yearly thing? To score from behind the halway line like?
OBO Posted 20 September 2006 Posted 20 September 2006 Absolute cracker, he's got some nerve/confidence to hit one from there, even if he did see the keeper off his line!
Tommeh Posted 20 September 2006 Posted 20 September 2006 great goal but surely the keepers slip helped it in
syston_fox Posted 20 September 2006 Posted 20 September 2006 More than helped it in. Simple save for Harper if he hadnt slipped!
Master Fox Posted 21 September 2006 Posted 21 September 2006 No way as good as Joey's goal agaisnt Hull last season
Head Honcho Posted 21 September 2006 Posted 21 September 2006 Do You think he went to Reina first on purpose, or because he was the nearest player?
London_Fox Posted 21 September 2006 Posted 21 September 2006 Less impressive then Joey or Beckham because of Harper's slip...it wasn't even top corner...!
Daggers Posted 21 September 2006 Posted 21 September 2006 Less impressive then Joey or Beckham because of Harper's slip...it wasn't even top corner...! Mais non monsieur, ceci un bon but parce qu'il a un commentaire français merveilleux
London_Fox Posted 21 September 2006 Posted 21 September 2006 Mais non monsieur, ceci un bon but parce qu'il a un commentaire français merveilleux Well yes there cleary is that...
Bert Posted 22 September 2006 Posted 22 September 2006 I wernt as good as Joey's or Beckhams becasue it wernt as precise, still credit for trying and well done to him for making it happen, you don't know if you don't try do ya? Bookies are offering 16-1 for him to score from behind the halfway line again.
lcfc_jme Posted 22 September 2006 Posted 22 September 2006 Mais non monsieur, ceci un bon but parce qu'il a un commentaire français merveilleux Roughly translated, and using my vague knowledge of French, does this mean: But no Mr, this was a good goal because it has a marvellous French comment ??
Alexikokopops Posted 22 September 2006 Posted 22 September 2006 Roughly translated, and using my vague knowledge of French, does this mean: But no Mr, this was a good goal because it has a marvellous French comment ?? Don't lie, you used an online translator, especially since it doesn't make sense. I'd imagine it means something along the lines of: "But no Mr, this is a good goal because it has marvellous French commentary"

I'd imagine it means something along the lines of: "But no Mr, this is a good goal because it has marvellous French commentary" Erm excuse you but I didn't use an online translator, I can actually converse in French seeing as I have done French lessons since I were a nipper (Year 4 at school - GCSE Grade A in French). And I didn't say translated 100% accurately, I said roughly The only word on yours being different to mine is commentary. And if you don't mind me asking, what's going on with your pic?

My apologies, I did a translation on an online translator and it came up with exactly what you ssaid so I assumed like the sexy sexy eejit that I am. I too got an A at GCSE but I'll be damned if I can remember anything other than "Je voudrais une poubelle". As for my avatar: http://www.foxestalk.co.uk/forums/index.php?showtopic=25366

And the thread doesn't tell me anything about your avatar other than you like the fact it's annoying people
