I'm just wondering how obvious our major weaknesses are or whether opinion is actually quite diverse. The poll's offers two choices but I'd have Hughes as equal to Johnson and Kelly.

Our problems are bigger than one individual, I'm afraid.

IMO (i know next to nowt by the way), we have 3 reasonable centre backs,2 good forwards, perhaps weso in middle and a good keeper, thats 6 in any one team.thats that cleared up then ...its the others!!!!

Interesting responses, and although Andy Johnson is gut-rot how he can be blamed is beyond me, it's one guy carrying out the instructions of the management team.

The Club as a whole is rotten to the core and that starts with Chairman, CEO and the Board they are clueless wasters. I remember the uproar when CL came out a few weeks ago and slated the set up in an interview just after he turned up in Kirkaldy. Seems he was right too many cooks who don't know the first thing about what they are trying to cook.

That in turn brings it down to the manager and his staff for the utter shite we have been served up since April (and I am being generous on that one). Any football manager worth his salt should be able to produce a capable team out of the players we have at our disposal, but he can't. We have a decent XI, not a good one but a decent'ish one, in our squad. He just doesn't pick it.

Our players clearly don't play for the manager, because if they did there would be a damn sight more blood and thunder on a game day than we see just now. There is little or no repsect from the players to the coaches, if there were they'd be fit despite the lack of know-how from Kelly, Miller and Stowell, but they are not.

We are rotten at the top and that needs change but that can't happen in one day, but changing a manger who doesn't have the respect of the players and more and more fans can happen. We need a figure who will command respect and trust from the players and we will see a move up the table and improved performances.

You know who, Matrin Allen.

Won't happen, I know, but if any of these directors had the 'love' for the Club they proclaim they'd stump up for the compo to MK Dons.

I would love mad dog at Leicester, but he won't leave them - Not a Chance he's all wraped up in the whole idea.

I used to think he was a good manager.....but at the end of the day he managed to find one good player packing boxes in Yeading, never got Brentford promoted, and the MK Dons aren't overlly impressive.

Last time I saw Martin Allen he was struggling to beat Hinckley at Middlefield Lane ....

I know, it's only one game.I've nothing against the guy.

I blame Master Fox, the season went downhill as soon as he stopped posting interesting pictures.

(It coincided with the beginning of the season, but that is not a correlation)

My order:

Interesting to see only one vote for our captain.

He's not been the main person why were doing shit.

he's not been brilliant though

who on earth said Fryatt he's had no support. Cm's have been the letdown whoever has played there Hughes, Johnson, in particular.

I'm afraid Rob Kelly has been picking the wrong side. It's not just one individual- Andy Johnson is not to blame for ALL our problems. Yes he's crap but so is half our team. Rob needs to take a long hard look at what he has and realise that AJ is crap and he should not start for us until he improves a lot, not that he probably ever will.

Max Gradel for Josh Low? Just a thought- Gradel has pace and he's banging the goals in for the reserves at the mo. Levi can sometimes frighten defenders so why couldn't Gradel? Get him in Rob!

The top 5 worst offenders and let downs for me have to be:

Robert Kelly

Andrew Johnson

Stephen Hughes

Nils-Eric Johansson

Joshua Low

not having any money and having to get players on the cheap is our problem. you can't blame players for being shit, if they are shit. and you can't blame rob kelly when he's trying to knit fog
