Maybes Posted 16 October 2006 Posted 16 October 2006 http://www.lcfc.premiumtv.co.uk/page/News/...~912285,00.html? I think this is another load of tripe. They always seem to be saying this everyweek.
Ultra Posted 16 October 2006 Posted 16 October 2006 But the big demand centres on Saturday's home tie against Crystal Palace at the Walkers Stadium - with the club already able to confirm that the biggest crowd of the season to date will be housed inside the stadium for the fixture. Really?

Doubt its bollocks they wouldn't say this otherwise 'But the big demand centres on Saturday's home tie against Crystal Palace at the Walkers Stadium - with the club already able to confirm that the biggest crowd of the season to date will be housed inside the stadium for the fixture.'

Manwell Pablo Posted 16 October 2006 Posted 16 October 2006 It is £12.50 a ticket if you do the deal thingy, Palace are a fairly big team, we just beat Southampton, and it's a oppurtunity to slate Peter Taylor and James Scowcroft at the same time.
Floating Fox Posted 16 October 2006 Posted 16 October 2006 Hope its a good atmosphere like it was last year...
Fez of Mahrez Posted 16 October 2006 Posted 16 October 2006 I'm fed up of reading about it on the OS, let alone on here.
FNQ Posted 16 October 2006 Posted 16 October 2006 I've been told Saturdays expected to sell out! Well done guys.
Shum Posted 16 October 2006 Posted 16 October 2006 I called today to book Villa tickets, and waited for about 30 seconds, so not sure it's all that busy!
Monk Posted 16 October 2006 Posted 16 October 2006 I'm thinking of going on sat, I have to say I'd be pretty shocked if I rocked up at 2 on Saturday and was told it has sold out. The words "No" and "Danger" spring to mind
gatesheadfox Posted 16 October 2006 Posted 16 October 2006 I hope the office is busy today, otherwise i'm being ignored. i've emailed the office twice today (as i can't phone from work) and have heard nothing back. once was this morning and another time an hour ago
Milky Posted 16 October 2006 Posted 16 October 2006 about as hot as Mr Coldy "iceman" McCold the coldster from cold street coldshire. for palace game i'd expect 22,500 maybe, villa i'd say 26,000.

Sods Posted 16 October 2006 Posted 16 October 2006 Shame he's had that mole removed. :pinch: Hes just not the same is he
Fez of Mahrez Posted 16 October 2006 Posted 16 October 2006 Word on the street is that we were in for the mole on loan when Fryatt got injured but it turned us down for financial reasons.

Thracian Posted 16 October 2006 Posted 16 October 2006 Doubt its bollocks they wouldn't say this otherwise 'But the big demand centres on Saturday's home tie against Crystal Palace at the Walkers Stadium - with the club already able to confirm that the biggest crowd of the season to date will be housed inside the stadium for the fixture.' They made some doubtful statements last season about ticket demand but the two from three idea's proved quite attractive I think and with Palace being an attractive fixture following our decent win over Southampton and the prospect of Villa arriving soon I can see an upsurge in interest. Let's hope the team does enough to sustain that interest.
SystonFox Posted 16 October 2006 Posted 16 October 2006 also we ran all over palace last season live on sky so that will play on peoples minds Thrac, and its the return of the willy puller so we really have to give him some stick this time as when he came with Hull he said it wasnt as bad as expected.
