Next Seasons Kit Designs

Recommended Posts

The club won't be running a shirt competition like last season however Ben Swift the Retail Manager has told me that the club will be consulting fans.

Thought it might be a good idea to throw a few ideas around here and then I'll translate them into images to send to the club.

So, what would you like from the 3 kits next season?

Here's a few designs I knocked up to get the ball rolling:

The black and blue away kit is based on a Leicester Fosse kit.

Nice to see those kits are pinstripe free :)

I really like that blue/black one for an away kit too. I actually think all those shirts look quite nice, although I'm not sure about the stripe through the badge on the one in the top right.

Top right with a white collar.

I miss actually having a collar too. Can we incorporate a floppy collar.

Like the one we wore under Little, at the end?

I still have nightmares about the collar on our old Le Cock Sportiffe kit we used to wear under PT. I used feel so embarrassed wearing that kit, and that team. I actually felt like a tramp every time I wore it. Why was that collar so ridiculously big? Why??

...and what was with the button on the collar aswell! Only Darren Eadie ever used to use it.

I don't know? The whole kit was a monstrosity. I tried to give to a charity shop and they refused to accept saying even the poorest of people in the world wouldn't been seen wearing such an awful shirt

Ditto... cant stand the new strip even if i do have one

But i like the suggestions above, the one on the top right is v good IMHO, but what about a yellow away kit?

Thanks for the feedback.

Fill out this and post it so I can get a better idea of what people want:

What colour combinations for the home kit would you like? e.g. blue shirt, white shorts, blue socks

What type of collar would you like on the home shirt? e.g. round, v-neck, traditional (floppy)

Would you like a brand new design or a retro design? (if retro please state what old kit to base it on)

What colours would you like the 2nd kit?

What colours would you like the 3rd kit?

Of your designs, I prefer the first one, but it is again like we've had for the last few kits really. They've looked fairly similar.

Top right one is good, but I'd prefer the white stripe to be thinner. With JJB kits though that stripe would probably be really plasticy..

What colour combinations for the home kit would you like? blue shirt, white shorts, white socks with blue tops (like the opposite of what you have on kit 1)

What type of collar would you like on the home shirt? Definetely round for me. I don't like collars on football shirts, makes them look outdated now rather than retro, plus they're just annoying unless its a little one like on the England home shirt.

Would you like a brand new design or a retro design? New

What colours would you like the 2nd kit? White

What colours would you like the 3rd kit? Yellow

Our kits should always be blue, white, yellow. My favourite shirt was the one that we won the Coca Cola Cup in, and I liked how the away and 3rd kit were just different colour alterations of that.
