Geo V Posted 30 January 2007 Posted 30 January 2007 Its time we halved our efforts as we are trying to hard. That may well result in a doubly impressive run of results.
moseeds Posted 30 January 2007 Posted 30 January 2007 Its all about the feng-shui. The training ground is mis-aligned you see hence the doubling and quadrupling of effort is having the invrese effect.
The People's Hero Posted 30 January 2007 Posted 30 January 2007 Its time we halved our efforts as we are trying to hard. That may well result in a doubly impressive run of results. Doubly impressive... or only half as bad?
Lord Nibblington Posted 30 January 2007 Posted 30 January 2007 Doubly impressive... or only half as bad? They're one and the same these days.
Geo V Posted 30 January 2007 Posted 30 January 2007 Doubly impressive... or only half as bad? The only problem is if we manage to doubly improve our points tally in the league over the next 5 games, we will only end up with 4 points as out last 5 games have seen us earn two draws in addition to the three defeats.
moseeds Posted 30 January 2007 Posted 30 January 2007 Can someone clarify, what is the differnce between doubling and re-doubling? The only problem is if we manage to doubly improve our points tally in the league over the next 5 games, we will only end up with 4 points as out last 5 games have seen us earn two draws in addition to the three defeats. So in effect, we have to at-least TREBLE our Double training effort if we are going to stay up. Should someone tell Rob Kelly about this?

Better than a kick in the nuts. And of course, after that 5 game patch, our doubly improved points tally for the next 5 games will be up to 8, and we'll be on a roll. Oh yes indeedy. Course, it kinds falls down after that. Since you can't get 16 points from 5 games. But that's not the point.

moseeds Posted 31 January 2007 Posted 31 January 2007 That is Thracians 2-3-5! If that won't make us win 7-0 nothing will.
Manwell Pablo Posted 31 January 2007 Posted 31 January 2007 That is Thracians 2-3-5! If that won't make us win 7-0 nothing will. Yeah? looks like 4-3-3 to me.
The People's Hero Posted 31 January 2007 Posted 31 January 2007 The graph is brilliant. This will be R Kelly's legacy (that and I BELIEVE I CAN FLY!)
DB11 Posted 31 January 2007 Posted 31 January 2007 After reading various other threads, it's time something drastic was done to this team. Kelly needs to go, but sadly that won't happen unless Mandaric takes over very soon. Andy King is on fire for the youth team, as is Gradel and Mattock. I would include all 3 in the 16 for saturday. There are some players seriously under-performing in this team. I think we're as good as relegated, I really do. Something has to be done to create a reaction that might produce some much needed points. With the bunch of cretins we have, I think 3-5-2 is the best formation for us. It won't happen, but i'm still going to type it to make me feel better. I think Newell will twist the knife again on saturday. It all started back on August 5th when we were shown up as out of our depth and un-fit. Clueless is being kind to us. Logan McAuley Kisnorbo © Nisse Stearman Hughes King Tiatto Porter Fryatt Hume Subs: Gradel, Mattock, Dodds, Williams/Wesolowski, Hammond Let's go down in style. Well Williams is at Watford now so that makes your sub choice a bit easier And, I'm willing to give anything a go at te minute... see what works

lildave3 Posted 31 January 2007 Posted 31 January 2007 I can: Logan Stearman Kisnorbo McAuley Nisse Yeates Weso Hume Porter Fryatt Horsfield Subs: Hendo, McCarthy, Tiatto, Cadamarteri and Hughes

breadandcheese Posted 31 January 2007 Posted 31 January 2007 I can: Logan Stearman Kisnorbo McAuley Nisse Yeates Weso Hughes Porter Fryatt Hume Subs: Hendo, McCarthy, Tiatto, Cadamarteri and Horsfield Our midfield really is poo and lightweight. The only option we have bar the kiddies is Tiatto, who I would start, but in all honesty, we could quite easily be bullied out of games for the rest of the season.

Okay I'm pissed off with fart-arseing around lets do this: Logan McAuley Kisnorbo Nisse Yeates King Tiatto Porter Fryatt The Horse Huuuuuuuuuuuuuume! Subs: Hendo, Cader's, Weso, Stearman, Hughes Solid back three, pace and attacking options in the midfield, and a variety of striking opitions up front, with Hume able to drop deep when necessary and pick up the knock downs from The Horse. Do it RK
moseeds Posted 31 January 2007 Posted 31 January 2007 I think Stearman might start in midfield with Weso...a la villa game.
Daggers Posted 31 January 2007 Posted 31 January 2007 It may be wise to wait until the night is out...
