Well the right side sings: We're the right side, we're the right side, we're the right side over here. Then the left side replies: We're the left side, we're the left side, we're the left side over here And it carries on...
Glen_lcfc Posted 11 February 2007 Posted 11 February 2007 Its a great chant and can see it catching on. For anyone who was in the concourse before the game and at half time - it was sung thier as well ... brilliant
davieG Posted 11 February 2007 Posted 11 February 2007 I'm sure it's very impressive at full throttle and better than nothing, but what's it got to do with supporting the team on the pitch?
Floating Fox Posted 11 February 2007 Posted 11 February 2007 This is excellent 350 already and still a week to go. I have to say the Right Side/Left side chant was brilliant at Portman Road yesterday. Although I was down on row F I still managed to convert a few kids into chanting along keeping the lower section singers alive!! Seriously though the top of the tier sounded like the place to be - you lads were fantastic - other than Fulham away - 90 minutes of non-stop singing has been uncommon this season. Can you change your season ticket other the phone or by email- or do you have to physically go down to the ticket office by Friday? I think you have to do it in person pal but Jamie (LCFC_JME) has a rather large list of people that we are going to move over in a big bulk so you could PM him with your details if thats easier than going down in person
Basingstoke Fox Posted 11 February 2007 Posted 11 February 2007 ill find a vid of it hang on a few seconds
Basingstoke Fox Posted 11 February 2007 Posted 11 February 2007 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m16JfphBZDU there we go Im afraid i dont know how to hyperlink it
Floating Fox Posted 11 February 2007 Posted 11 February 2007 I'm sure it's very impressive at full throttle and better than nothing, but what's it got to do with supporting the team on the pitch? Not much. At Ipswich we sung it when the game was flat and there wasn't anything to sing about - Also its a good laugh, espcailly as the left side didnt get going untill around 30 mins!

At Ipswich we sung it when the game was flat and there wasn't anything to sing about - Also its a good laugh, espcailly as the left side didnt get going untill around 30 mins! It gets everyone involved as well, and it helps to build up atmosphere inside the ground. It's quite catchy, so more people join in, and it involves quite a few people so you can get a fair bit of noise from it. Everyone wants atmosphere and noise back inside the ground - things like this can only help imo.
a-fox Posted 11 February 2007 Posted 11 February 2007 And the away fans in the middle go.. hahaha thats quality,
lcfc_jme Posted 11 February 2007 Posted 11 February 2007 hahaha thats quality, Yeah it sure is my friend. I loved it. You know what else was quality? Your suggestion of 10 fans being in N Block for the Cov game. We have sold around 350 already with a week left. What a genius you are. Legend.

Infact, I'm more than sure it is going to be the case. We're trying to be pro-active in sorting the atmosphere in the ground, but every plan has a downside, and this will probably be ours. Maybe though if people in the "Kop" are that bothered about the atmosphere and our idea is a success, they will make the switch over and join us?

Kilworthfox Posted 11 February 2007 Posted 11 February 2007 Ultras Myspace If the South stand is quiet then that's how those who sit there want it to be! The KOP is moving to N block, the KOP will be where the noise is on Satdi
Thracian Posted 11 February 2007 Posted 11 February 2007 Yeah it sure is my friend. I loved it. You know what else was quality? Your suggestion of 10 fans being in N Block for the Cov game. Kilworthfox Posted 11 February 2007 Posted 11 February 2007 Thought I would get the ball rolling for satdi's atmosphere, add your own songs In your Coventry slums In your Coventry slums, In your Coventry slums, Your mum's on the game and your dad's in the nick, You can't get a job 'cause your so f*****g thick, In your Coventry slums. In your Coventry slums You look in the dustbin for something to eat You find a dead dog and you think it's a treat There's piss on the pavements and shit in the street In your Coventry slums" Learn and sing for Satdi!
