Frenzied Posted 15 February 2007 Posted 15 February 2007 Emile Heskey's dad told him. Good old Mr Heskey, forever the fountain of knowledge.

Finnegan Posted 15 February 2007 Posted 15 February 2007 According to my Uncle, he used to be Bruno's dad's foreman. Interesting story. Probably bollocks.

He will be in Leicester tomorow for medical etc, but the formal announcement will be made Friday. Why it can't be done tomorow I don't know. Does it matter?

brookfox Posted 15 February 2007 Posted 15 February 2007 Not going to happen according to the ever reliable Daily Star rumours on the BBC... Leicester City failed in a bid to sign Portsmouth striker Svetoslav Todorov. (Daily Star)
DB11 Posted 15 February 2007 Posted 15 February 2007 Maybe he rejected us? As if any player could ever reject a move to Leicester....
Brainy Posted 15 February 2007 Posted 15 February 2007 Todorov did say that he would rather fight for a place at Portsmouth. Not too sure why considering his problems with Pompey.

Flynny Posted 15 February 2007 Posted 15 February 2007 Maybe he's worried that if he blows it on loan, he's out for sure. I mean, say we take him for 2 months and he scores once in 8 games - he's gone nowhere and also become 'out of the loop' at Pompey.
The People's Hero Posted 15 February 2007 Posted 15 February 2007 Well i heard the rumour then whilst listening to the radio for all the latest news yesterday there was a recorded conversation with Harry redknapp only minutes besfore the Press conference. Wouldnt mind Jimmy floyd hasselbaink along side him aswell. Not saying ive heard anything though. Permission to read between the lines, sir?

Good point, Leicester have scored the least goals in this league for a very noticeable reason, not enough chances created on a regular basis. Ruud Van Nistelrooy would struggle to score here.

I've lost track of the amount of simple chances I've seen Hume, Fryatt and Hammond miss... Granted it was a bad example using him but most of the games I have been to the strikers have had little to feed off because the midfield is so inept.
