blue blood Posted 31 March 2007 Posted 31 March 2007 I think I'm pretty tame compared to our goalkeeper Fred West over there.

I class myself as one of these, and so this statement applies to me. Which is why you'll see my sitting down quietly 5 - 10 yards from my team before kickoff with headphones in.

Hullfox Posted 31 March 2007 Posted 31 March 2007 I guarantee I'm one of our worst players. *Manager makes relevant notes*
Hullfox Posted 31 March 2007 Posted 31 March 2007 If any of you youngsters are struggling at half time, I'm sure that Thrachian won't mind pulling you off.
Daggers Posted 31 March 2007 Posted 31 March 2007 I guarantee i'm one of our best players I guarantee I am one of our most experienced, fattest, most drunk and incredibly absent...
lildave3 Posted 31 March 2007 Posted 31 March 2007 Seriously Blue Blood, calm down before you do yourself an injury. I hear cramps a bastard for people your age.
Manwell Pablo Posted 31 March 2007 Author Posted 31 March 2007 Indeed this is true for most real sports performers. I class myself as one of these, and so this statement applies to me. Which is why you'll see my sitting down quietly 5 - 10 yards from my team before kickoff with headphones in. Seriously, it's a kick about, I don't think they'll be any need for that.
Alexikokopops Posted 31 March 2007 Posted 31 March 2007 Well, yeah, exactly.I've always wondered what's wrong with this? Everyone seems to be mentioning pitches left, right and centre and whether we'd be able to get them and how much it would cost etc etc. It's not the f**king FA Cup Final. And we can all pile in The Old Horse afterwards. Sorted. Grass? Pub? Keen. I guarantee I am one of our most experienced, fattest, most drunk and incredibly absent... I feel I'm the equivalent for our team. Except minus the absent. And by experienced I just mean oldest. So basically I'm a bit of a tubby drunk.
lcfc_jme Posted 1 April 2007 Posted 1 April 2007 Seriously, it's a kick about, I don't think they'll be any need for that. Calm down Grandad I'm only half-serious. I was just saying something to combat your overly aggressive goalkeeper and his crazy statements.

lcfc_jme Posted 1 April 2007 Posted 1 April 2007 I am quite concerned with their keeper, i think he's the monk out of mean machine If he is, I really do fear for myself. Maybe their gaffer or Manwell should have a word and tell him to calm down 'cos it's only a kickaround and we're kids, like.

Maybe i should go to bed.
lcfc_jme Posted 1 April 2007 Posted 1 April 2007 Maybe Manwell is Vinnie Jones in disguise? Maybe their team are convicts? Maybe i should go to bed. I'm pretty sure Manwell is Vinnie Jones. And I know for a fact their team isn't Australian. But I do think you should go to bed young Benjamin. It's getting very late very quickly now. And blue blood might be back before you know it!

I think i've missed something there and are you coming on msn to keep me company?
lcfc_jme Posted 1 April 2007 Posted 1 April 2007 Why would their team be Australian? I think i've missed something there and are you coming on msn to keep me company? I think you have missed something there. Unless I'm mistaken, Aussies are stereotyped as convicts and criminals by the English public - evident when they beat us 5-0 in the Ashes and a bloke held up a sign saying "Not bad for a bunch of cons" or something similar. It's all down to something which happened ages ago in history methinks. And no, I have no desire to come on MSN tonight. I'm actually quite tired and if I go on there it'll take me ages to come off again!

So a fair few ancestors are pretty much convicts
Finnegan Posted 1 April 2007 Posted 1 April 2007 There are two possibilities here. This thread is either full of a lot of sad cúnts, or many masters of irony. I'm praying for the latter, or this is just going to be team over 21 stood bemused and rolling eyes at their younger counterparts.
