Daggers Posted 17 April 2007 Posted 17 April 2007 I am SO impressed with this game...it is going to take a huge amount of effort to rip myself from the 360 to drag myself to tonights game. I want to stay here playing hooks and sweeps.
Leicfox Posted 17 April 2007 Posted 17 April 2007 Yeah i had a bash yestarday on my eldest's daughters boyfriend's 360 when i went round there flat, it was the 1st time ive played on a 360 and ive got to say i was impressed, i was addicted to Virtua tennis 3 though.
Geo V Posted 17 April 2007 Posted 17 April 2007 these damn sport games. I havent played Brian Lara but I got hold of a copy of Tiger Woods on the PS3 and I am hooked on it. I am at legendary status (you have to build the player up through training and the Tiger Woods challenge) and have won both the first two tourneys Ive played in. These games take far to much of our time
andyh1884 Posted 17 April 2007 Posted 17 April 2007 I used to have the original on the Mega Drive. There was a certain way to bowl that got every batsman out 1st ball, awesome fun skittling Australia for nowt. I assume they've addressed that issue in this one and more recent versions?
The People's Hero Posted 17 April 2007 Posted 17 April 2007 Is it any good? I had the last version on the PS2 and was underwhelmed.
Phube Posted 17 April 2007 Posted 17 April 2007 Wait until it's on the Wii... then you'll never leave your house... (Porobably!!)
Manwell Pablo Posted 17 April 2007 Posted 17 April 2007 Wait until it's on the Wii... then you'll never leave your house... (Porobably!!) It's not even being released on the Wii to my knowledge.
Poakey Posted 17 April 2007 Posted 17 April 2007 Thinking of getting this for my Xbox as cricket 2007 is crap on PC,played the demo and i love the hawkeye feature.

Milky Posted 17 April 2007 Posted 17 April 2007 Brian Lara cricket on the PS1 was the best. "That's gone many a mile!" "If you want to show the kids, the perfect way to play the shot...."
Phube Posted 17 April 2007 Posted 17 April 2007 It's not even being released on the Wii to my knowledge. Hence the wait!! It'll get there as it's the biggest selling console at the mo', every developer is jumping on the "Wii Wagon"!! ALL ABOARD!!!!!

I don't care anyway, I just like arguing with you.
Ric Flair Posted 17 April 2007 Posted 17 April 2007 It's a fookin brilliant game on the 360, problem is my mate has lost the instructions and none of us know how to catch. Which get's fairly annoying when you keep dropping piss easy catches. I've been a Lara fan since the Mega Drive, had every year's edition. Not got a 360 myself though, so last one I bought was the 2005 on the PS2.

Havn't got it on 360 but you have to press x on PS2 so you might have to press A on the 360. You have to press it at just the right time or he'll drop it
Daggers Posted 17 April 2007 Author Posted 17 April 2007 It's a fookin brilliant game on the 360, problem is my mate has lost the instructions... There's a training mode! Load that up and practice
