The People's Hero Posted 22 June 2007 Posted 22 June 2007 You'd end up in neck deep if you tried that here. In biscuits?
Manwell Pablo Posted 22 June 2007 Posted 22 June 2007 In biscuits? No, tbh I'd quite enjoy that. Unless of course they were rich tea.
AoWW Posted 22 June 2007 Posted 22 June 2007 Bloody rain!! I've managed to talk my way into borrowing a TVR for the weekend and am determined to drive down to Glastonbury with the roof down and my sunglasses on. To be fair, the roof leaks like a sieve anyway so it won't do much to keep my dry even if I do have to give in for fear of drowning. It's not actually raining in 'sunny' Suffolk yet (though it's looking ominously grey)... maybe I'll be lucky? *Bucket loads of wishful thinking*.

Kent Fox Posted 5 July 2007 Posted 5 July 2007 "Experts" say we won't get good weather until mid july at the earliest. What the feck do they know? Someone go and find an old fella in an allotment and ask him / her. You'll get a more honest reply.
hairy Posted 5 July 2007 Posted 5 July 2007 From the BBC From Monday 16th July It is saying something when a return to average figures is reason for celebration, but that's the latest signal for the latter part of July. Not a heatwave, not completely dry, but some pleasant sunshine at times in most areas so maybe you can drag the barbecue out before it rusts away!
Kent Fox Posted 5 July 2007 Posted 5 July 2007 From the BBCFrom Monday 16th July Never trust the BBC. Not since it got "a bit windy" in Kent. Just before the hurricane hit.
