Kent Fox Posted 3 July 2007 Posted 3 July 2007 Can we not block their ISP?Retarded cnuts Abso-bloody-lutely. I hope causer7 has been banned! And dannyboy11 (I think) encouraged this retard to join up. He should know better and should get a temp ban too. It is the ONLY way we can stop the crap. Pleeeaase!
The Stig Posted 3 July 2007 Posted 3 July 2007 There has been a lot of rubbish recently, would this system be possible. 1. When a new member joins, he / she/ it, has to post 50 times before making new topics. 2 After 50 posts have been made, a poll is made, quite simply Should ???? be able to make new topics. 3 If yes, they can, wonderful. 4 If no, they have to wait another 50 and face the vote again. You may think its a crap idea but just a thought.
Daggers Posted 3 July 2007 Author Posted 3 July 2007 Having trialled the beta version of my seal of disapproval successfully across the forum, I am now rolling out The Seal v1.0 I imagine the fourteen year olds starting these shite threads will hold their manhoods cheap when they gaze upon the seal gracing their works of fart. Oh yes.

You may think its a crap idea but just a thought. That's an atrocious idea. Step 2 is the killer. --- Unfortunately, such a scheme has been ruled out - for now at least - because of the intricacies of the forum software. It's not all that easy to make this scheme work, in general. It's as simple as that for now - nice idea in practice, but not really feasible at this point in time.

Gené and Tonic Posted 4 July 2007 Posted 4 July 2007 So the seal of disapproval will be used universally throughout the forum? Or should we have a 'Foxestalk seal of disapproval'?

My nom de plume is Daggers. If it were Bluesbrother then I would have made a "The Bluesbrother Seal Of Disapproval" As it is, I made a never to be used again "The Daggers Seal Of Disapproval" No apostrophe required

The People's Hero Posted 4 July 2007 Posted 4 July 2007 We should make them all fight each other in a last man standing fight to submission fest. We'd watch and throw in weapons. Would be great. Honestly.
Lord Nibblington Posted 4 July 2007 Posted 4 July 2007 We should make them all fight each other in a last man standing fight to submission fest. We'd watch and throw in weapons. Would be great. Honestly. One small drawback. You'd need some kind of survival instinct to do this. Which would involve some kind of rational thought. Which would involve a brain. See where it falls down?

Which would involve a brain. See where it falls down? There would be a trained killing machine in there too. A plant if you will. A killer plant. A nasturtium. No one suspects the nasturtium (if that is indeed a real plant) (or even, I suppose, if it isn't).

Daggers Posted 5 July 2007 Author Posted 5 July 2007 Well, the "tolerant" approach seems to be working wonders at the moment, eh?
Steven Posted 5 July 2007 Posted 5 July 2007 Well, the "tolerant" approach seems to be working wonders at the moment, eh? When did the "intolerant" approach work?

Pete_foxes Posted 18 July 2007 Posted 18 July 2007 Mods. I had an idea about this the other day. Over my short time visiting this forum I have come to understand this is a hot topic on this forum. Is it not possible to stop people from starting threads for example until they have posted X amount of posts? Therefore in this time they get to learn whats acceptable & what is not. I would imagine peoples reason for posting silly threads is because either they don't know what is right or wrong on this Forum, possibly abit young to understand certain concepts or maybe they could be anxious to get themselves noticed/established. However maybe this wouldn't work & once an idiot always an idiot! Thanks for listening I mean reading.... Hope this hasn't been said before took me ages to think of this
