lookwhaticando Posted 9 August 2007 Posted 9 August 2007 They're all still on Holiday, perhaps? On a beach in... Skegness.
Zingari Posted 9 August 2007 Posted 9 August 2007 People are strange aren't they ? i can't imagine why anyone wouldn't want to leave blackpool in august for a lovely day out in leicester ( watching their team being humiliated)
Milky Posted 9 August 2007 Posted 9 August 2007 Another shit litle club who think they are bigger Are we talking about leicester or blackpool here?
Flynny Posted 9 August 2007 Posted 9 August 2007 Another shit litle club who think they are bigger Do you actually know anything about Blackpool at all?
DB11 Posted 9 August 2007 Posted 9 August 2007 Does this mean they can sit wherever they want and they aren't defined to their seat number?
PAULCFC Posted 9 August 2007 Posted 9 August 2007 I remember the temporary stand on a cold january evening. Me too.....But was worth it for the workingmens club across the road and Joeys goal
Geo V Posted 9 August 2007 Posted 9 August 2007 Im glad they didnt get the super casino now. Shocking they couldnt sell 3000 tickets for one of the biggest games of their season, crowd wise at least.
dpjfox Posted 9 August 2007 Posted 9 August 2007 Im glad they didnt get the super casino now. Shocking they couldnt sell 3000 tickets for one of the biggest games of their season, crowd wise at least. I live in Blackpol, a few weeks ago their fans were still on a high from the play-offs but as the weeks have passd and no transfer activity a lot are becoming disheartened, we must keep an eye on Parker and Hoolihan though dont want to go home defeated (unthinkable!)
Nath Posted 9 August 2007 Posted 9 August 2007 hoolahan don't play for blackpool no more, for the umptinth time! He was on loan last season, of which both clubs agreed blackpool could buy him at the end of the season for a specific price. End of season come, his club realised he's beter than they thought, and up'd the price, blackpool are un willing to pay this and have got FIFA involved as they agreed the price at earlier stage, hoolahan will not play against us. (that's from a mate of which is a blackpool fan)
Maybes Posted 9 August 2007 Posted 9 August 2007 Me too.....But was worth it for the workingmens club across the road and Joeys goal Leicester version of the big dipper. It was some strike.
purpleronnie Posted 9 August 2007 Posted 9 August 2007 Disheartened???? They just got promotion. Really poor ticket sales lets hope that they sell a few more b4 sat.
Smudge Posted 9 August 2007 Posted 9 August 2007 Do you actually know anything about Blackpool at all?I was thinking exactly the same thing
Tommeh Posted 9 August 2007 Posted 9 August 2007 Any news on our sales? Someone mentioned 5,000 remaining. Plus I also heard K had sold out with the Kop only having a couple of seats. I'd say 28k providing Blackpool get to the 2k mark. I think a lot of their fans may have been put off by the prices of this league. £27 for an adult ticket at the walkers, I doubt many league 1 clubs charge more than £18.

Cheers I was thinking it was going to be a low attendance around the 22,000 mark as the OS hasn't really given us many figures. Normally when we are expecting a large crowd they update us.
purpleronnie Posted 9 August 2007 Posted 9 August 2007 Why don't they charge the same amount as the home fans. Still too much though. I heard some aston villa tickets are 18 quid.
