Raj Posted 14 August 2007 Posted 14 August 2007 ApexGeo...you ARE undoubtedly a fcuking legend (in your own mind!!!!) Good work Pal!
Geo V Posted 14 August 2007 Author Posted 14 August 2007 My 83's starting to look ridiculously optimistic already. Especially for a team that seems so "tea and biscuits" for the first hour. If we manage to craete 20 chances per game Thrac and get that run of the ball that saw us hit the woodwork twice and go close about 6 more times, I think the 100 will be in jeopardy! All aboard the Optimistic bus. BTW, to those of you who have thanked me for the comp, its a pleasure to do something for you all who I know personally had shite Xmas`s after you put all your money in that Christmas shopping company that folded without supplying you your toys and turkeys

Geo V Posted 14 August 2007 Author Posted 14 August 2007 It's what us poor people have to do!!! With the child maintenance that I have to pay, I think I may join a club or two myself.
Geo V Posted 16 August 2007 Author Posted 16 August 2007 *** PRIZE UPDATE *** As you all know we have a Nintendo Wii offered by me along with the signed Leicester City shirt for this season and Tour of the stadium for 4 by the club but a generous and at this stage anonymous Foxestalk regular has offered to give a £25 voucher he has obtained for use in the Club Shop as part of the ever increasing prize fund. Its a straight up £25 one and not one of those minimum spend ones that are flying about (spend £5000 and save £25 ). That takes us to 4 prizes so far and I am fishing around for some more as most of the guesses have at least 4 people involved and some have over a dozen! Once again, thanks to "anon" for now but I`m sure with some persuasion he will allow me to put his name up

Thats just my luck. A bit premature to be pessimistic though. I know many have said it but cheers apexgeo, legend!

The good thing is if you lose by one, you can think back at the player that either scored a wonder goal that should never have been or find the lad who scuffed one wide when it was easier to score. You can then send him an email and tell him what he cost you in the hope that he can reward you with a signed shirt anyway as a way of an apology.
Chimp Posted 20 August 2007 Posted 20 August 2007 56 - FOXHATERAM, CHIMP, Thanks for finding my entry, it had been missed of some of the other lists.
Geo V Posted 20 August 2007 Author Posted 20 August 2007 Thanks for finding my entry, it had been missed of some of the other lists. Loads were to be honest and the funniest thing was that so many people forgot they had already voted and ended up voting again which meant having to take out their original guesses. Oh how I laughed! :@
imagine that Posted 25 August 2007 Posted 25 August 2007 Don't want to clutter the thread with a massive quote but on page 5, post 96 on the other thread I guessed 54. Wondered if you could add me too the list? Thanks in advance .

Wondered if you could add me too the list? Thanks in advance . Im off out in a sec but I have you down as 58 which would have been a post you made after. Do me a favour please and look for your posts after that one you mentioned above to see if you did indeed change your original guess. Cheers. BTW dont worry about cluttering this thread as I presume people will be chatting on here nearer the end of the season when we are working out who is close to a win!

Geo V Posted 27 August 2007 Author Posted 27 August 2007 I think you already know, apexgeo - But you are a legend and a scholar. Many people have called me a leg end mate BTW, bring back them bouncing tats please.
Koke Posted 28 August 2007 Posted 28 August 2007 Many people have called me a leg end mate BTW, bring back them bouncing tats please. I can only bring Sexy back - The other one with the bouncing tats was "deemed to be totally unacceptable" by the Admin.
Geo V Posted 28 August 2007 Author Posted 28 August 2007 I can only bring Sexy back - The other one with the bouncing tats was "deemed to be totally unacceptable" by the Admin. Really? I had some terrible ones lined up for my next change so I wont bother. Those will do though mate.
SOCCERROO FOX Posted 31 August 2007 Posted 31 August 2007 Great idea Geo and very generous too
Geo V Posted 31 August 2007 Author Posted 31 August 2007 Great idea Geo and very generous too  I'm just hoping by next May that the Wii is worthless so it would only have cost me about £20. Hopefully Nintendo would have bought out a Wii 2 and Wii 3 by then Actually, come to think of it, I`d better ask that supporters liason lad to send me the shirt before he is next on Milans sacking list!

Worrying, not long after he left they smashed 7 past Swindon I think we can safely say that he is quite a defensively minded coach so anyone who has predicted 70 goals plus might as well throw their tickets away
