Nice time at GBBF. On Sat I was working in the area where smokers go out side. System was they leave their beer on a table on a number and take a duplicate away. Somebody came up in a City shirt and when he came back with his mate I gave them two of my free drinks vouchers. (never got the chance to use them) One said City lost so I said you had better have another one to drown your sorrows. Don't know if they come on here or any other City messageboard but it was good to find one City fan beside myself. I had my shirt underneath my stewards shirt. I have also been given a callsign name 'Doodlebug' and granted the right to have a stewards belt buckle customised made. Only the head steward can authorise this and the buckles are numbered with the name on. I am no. 76.

Koke Posted 15 August 2007 Posted 15 August 2007 I got back from Somalia on Friday night, late night. 9 bloody hours on the flight + a 45 min wait in Beirut. And I still went to the Blackpool game. I just woke up from 72 hours of sleep. Much needed.
